This place is sadly a nightmare. I try to never go there because aisles are always blocked with more things than one can stock. They never greet you. They never ask if you need assistance. If you need assistance there is no one to help or assist you. They don't ask you at check out if you found everything find everything or anything for that matter they say nothing unless you need to speak to them. It doesn't matter what you have at the check out the whole process for anyone takes forever for reasons I don't understand. Many times my spouse && I have left our items and walked out. Or sometimes you go to stop there for a few items and the whole store is closed for whatever reason they have that day. Or you go there is a sign on the door stating cash only or cash only as well as exact change. OR TELLING YOU WITH A SIGN ON THE DOOR CANT USE $50 OR $100 BILLS.I am not bashing the company or employees I just feel there needs to be so much training as well as help to get where they need to be to be convenient to customers. There needs to be alot of improvement here to get the store where it needs to be for the customers because honestly outside of everything I stated alot of times the store is just hazardous to try to shop in. It resembles hoarders. (*UPDATE*)I JUST WENT THERE ALL MY ITEMS WERE A DOLLAR. I HAD 15 ITEMS PLUS MY DIGITAL COUPONS. SHE SAYS YOUR TOTAL IS 30.75 WHAT ? ? ? WOW. I HAVE COUPONS I ADD TAX ALSO DO THE MATH ON CALCULATOR. YOU SERIOUSLY DOUBLED MY ORDER THEN TELL ME OH YOUR DIGITAL COUPONS ARE NOT LOADING. Be ❤ careful they are price Gouging && putting the extra in there pocketALSO. THEY ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PER CORPORATE ALLOWED TO HAVE A SIGN SAYING RING BELL FOR SERVICE WITH A BELL && THEY ALWAYS DO. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO RING YOU OUT. &&& WHAT IS WITH ALL THE NEON HAND WRITTEN SIGNS ALL OVER THE U-SCAN && FRONT DOORS. I FEEL SO UPSET AT HOW MANY TIMES THEY'VE GOTTEN ME BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY NOT PAYING ATTENTION ? ? ?.

Always stocked up. They always have what we are looking for && then some. All the staff are absolutely ? amazingly sweet && caresmatic. The store is always clean,the aisleways are always free of stock carts/boxes/debris making it so much easier as well as safer to shop. Keep it guys you ? ? ? ?? ? ROCK!!!! (*SIDE NOTE*) STILL NOT HAPPY WITH THE .25 raise on things,but who is. ? ?

Went in there to buy makeup and cat food and one of the employees or manager called the police on me and my friends and said we were stealing because they have seen us in the makeup isle before i was just trying to get cat food and makeup because i just lost 200$ worth of makeup in a fire and i was going to go down to are house to feed are cars NEVER COMING BACK the lady that called on us had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses rudest person ever i had 30$ to spend on stuff i needed and i wasnt able to get nothing because they wouldn’t let us pay for it she needs to be fired ASAP worst experience in that store ever dont go there because if your a usual and they see you in the same isle more than once they will accuse you of stealing i wasn’t even in the store for 5 minutes and the cops were there i choose to go in that isle to get stuff but i guess i shouldnt have because they called the police on us never going to that store ever again i started to cry after i left bc all i was trying to do was get stuff for my cats and myself but i had to walk all the way to the dollar general just to get a bag of cat food because they wouldn’t let me pay I couldn’t even get makeup at the dollar general because its to expensive and the dollar tree is cheap and they have good makeup for a dollar well 1.25$ now willard dollar tree is the worst if you see a worker with blonde hair in a pony tail in glasses be careful of where tou walk because if you go in the same isle more than once she will call the police

Every single time I call up to the store I get an attitude from whoever is answering just general questions about how I can pay considering I didn’t have my money at the moment so I asked if I could use Apple Pay thankfully I went to the store and got a nice lady who helped me but the lady on the phone shouldn’t be working there she gets a zero out of 100 for me I’ve never ever dealt with someone so disrespectful in my whole life I called at 409 on 2/15/22 don’t know who u are that answers the phone but grow up other then that the experience at dollar tree is nice.
