A Class Dealership I purchased a used Mustang from Sharpnack in 2020 in Willard Ohio. The documents that I signed indicated that the car had a navigation system. I live in Indianapolis and the dealership delivered the car to my house, a nice customer service. After driving the car, I realized that the car did not have a navigation system. Sharpnack's website talked about the Company being founded on high family values, treating the customer right and doing business in an ethical manner. So I sent off a letter to the President (son of the founder} about the missing Nav System. In a few days Jeff Neibler, Sharpnack's General Manager, called me and we discussed the missing Nav System. He told me that the dealer documentation system that they were using at the time defaulted to the car having a Nav System (subsequently replaced by a different system). He apologized, said Sharpnack would make it right and then they reimbursed me for the installation of a new Nav System. Over the years I have purchased a number of vehicles from a number of dealers - some very good and some that were extremely bad. I would put the Sharpnack Group at the top of the very good list based on my experience with Sharpnack. Nice to do business with a company that does business the right way.

Had a great experience until the finance office. They have a hearing problem, don't care what you want or a bit of dishonesty on their part...not sure which one. Love the car will just have to find another dealer.

I want to give a shout out to all the hard working men and women at this shop who took the time to make sure every need was met,when my vehicle was being worked on and accommodated me with a vehicle that made a great temporary replacement. They also communicated with me on progress and when I could expect my vehicle to be finished. Most importantly, when I returned to get my vehicle, it was immaculately done and every was done that was to be done! I would highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs!! Note!! Immaculate work does take time, so if that's the result you expect then allow for the time it takes to make that happen!! Thanks Amber and the whole crew!!

Sharpnack is always our first trusted stop, when looking for used car. This is our 3rd purchase from Sharpnack. Through out the years, the service has always exceeded our expectations. The process is always so smooth! Due to living an hour from the dealership, I always shop on line, check for availability of car and get pre-approved. I love the availability Tim Hartnett allowed, in texting info back and forth, when a question would arise. As a customer, we really rely on the dealerships honesty and the ability to be upfront with us. Tim did both of these things for us. This go around we arrived to the vehicle we were interested in, waiting for us. Papers ready to sign and no waiting!!! After the test drive, we signed papers and was out the door in less than an hour. Keep up the great work!!

We worked with Mike sales manager and Rick from service. Can't say enough about the good people at this dealership. I live in FL and my parents in OH who due to health reasons had trouble getting to the dealership. Mike and Rick addressed all my concerns in helping them. Mike took care of the buying processes and treating them fairly and kindly from start to finish even bringing the car out to their home to finish the deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
