Don't bother to schedule. Had an appointment at 3 pm. Guy calls me on my way there and cancels since he doesn't think he'll finish by 5. He had already left the building and was on his way home and blamed the online scheduling system. Rescheduled for 9. Got there and the next guy says they won't even be able to look at it until 12 pm because he has another car double booked. He too blamed the Mentor office for their online scheduling system. Cancelled half days at work twice. Big mistake. Total waste of time. The Mentor office person was nice and offered to do the car with a discount but I no longer trust my car with them.

Complete automated car wash with no attendants. Not a full service car wash. But it had a touchless system. Did a decent job

The $4 wash is better than the car washers at $10 to $12 bucks. Did notice the drying time is shorter. Yeah... I noticed.

NOT great. Got the dust off the car but that's about it. At least it was working this time.Updating 10/21/22 after buying a $16 auto wash...STILL TRASH. Don't waste ya dollars unless you're just trying to wash mud off and don't wanna get it all over your driveway. Truck looks the same as it did before I went in.

Well this is my second time visiting Zappy's and I still didn't walk away happy AGAIN.Why do they always miss the small things? They didn't clean in my arm rest nor did they clean all the way down to my gear shift. They missed the cup holder compartment in the back seat area and they didn't steam my seats good enough, that part I caught because I still seen some spots. So he sprayed it down with some cleaner and use a scrub brush and it came off that's how I knew it wasn't cleaned all the way. Most importantly when I got home and my car was in real day light that's when I discovered all these missed areas inside the garage it was dim. So I'm not pleased with the out of my car and I don't think I'll be back unless they can make this right!!!

I used to work in Wickliffe so I would get a car wash here several times a month. I was in the area recently got a car wash and the dryers didn't work. I contacted Zappy's on their website mainly to let them know the dryers aren't working and they gave me a full refund. Great wash and great to do business with.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I had an appointment at 12pm on Saturday 2/26 for car detailing. I arrived on time at 12pm with my husband. We WAITED for 20 minutes before a young male came out! We honked our horn, knocked on a locked door several times. Still, nothing. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting a young male came out and was extremely unprofessional and rude to my husband. He insulted my husband and said, “I don’t like your attitude so you need to reschedule.” Of course we were frustrated because they had us sitting here for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement or anything. The employee had ear phones in. He then lied and said the door was not locked. Funny thing is, when he stormed off and went back inside, he had to unlock the door with a key. They lie here and are unprofessional!!!! Do NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

$11.00 Premium Wash - the entire bottom half of car is still dirty, streaky, and spotted after wash.I sent in a refund request. If I get a refund I will increase my rating.

Worst car wash in the area. Equipment is broken 90% of the time don't even bother coming here. They'll take your money but give you no car wash.
