Bad news stay away from Deegan managed properties, they want every dime they can get from you...you'll never see your security deposit again(look at local small claims court dockets) dishonest players, eventually it will catch up with them...ask around...

I have lived in the townhouses in Wickliffe for about 3 years and have had no issues they even gave us a complementary carpet clean which turned out great! Brittany(I think that is her name?) in the leasing office is amazing she is always so nice and has a fast response time with any questions I may have. With everyone we have dealt with she is hands down the friendliest!
Our maintenance guy Jeff is super nice as well always makes small talk and says hi when we see him around the properties.

Beware of the maitinance guy making passes at female residents. Also the worker that does the tree trimmings has a criminal background and had an inappropriate relationship with me. The hallways are filthy,and units are small. The owner photo copied my signature on four leaseses I didn't sign. They come up with bogus charges before you leave or get evicted. The owner gave me a thirty day notice for zero reason and caused family fights. . people beware

Beware. The maintenance man is very rude. He walks around the property during the week angry and making unnecessary comments and remarks about tenants. He complains to tenants about other tenants sharing information and overall makes the community feel like he is a hall monitor or jail warden. This is unnaccceptable for tenants/customers in these very small units. The tenant turnover rate is very high. Upper management allows their staff to be unprofessional without consequence. Stay away.
