Where dead. No plant food with them. One bouquet had no water. Received an email saying they were delivered 2 hours prior to delivery. I ordered one small and one large they came the same size and same vase. Poor poor I would be embarrassed. I contacted the flower shop and the woman was rude. First told me what should I do stay here extra on Sunday to confirm orders? Well yes that’s a business. I tried to reason and explain if I order Uber eats they don’t say it’s delivered two hours prior her response well we aren’t Uber eats. Then she hung up on me and when I tried to call back she skipped and sent me right to voicemail. Horrible flowers and horrible. Customer service. Absolutely garbage

I recently purchased a "specific" floral arrangement from Edward's Flowers in Youngstown,Ohio.The actual delivery was to be in Cleveland,Ohio.They in turn, contacted the Wickliffe Flower Shop in Wickliffe,Ohio to handle the delivery. I was very "specific" on the "type" of flowers desired (pink Calla Lilies, lavender roses,vertical arrangement).Needless to say, what was sent was a far cry from anything remotely resembling the original order!!! Not One flower that was requested, was in the arrangement!! The arrangement was "amateurish" and "cheap-looking" !! Six(6) "wilting" Carnations substituted for the requested pink Calla Lilies(a much more expensive flower),and "hideous" green stems stuck out in place of greenery. There were a bunch of "ugly white,wilting roses"(where were the lavender roses in the original order???) And to top it all off, a "HIDEOUS" purple bow was tied around a cheap vase, that was also not chosen!! When I tried to address the issue with their Sales Rep., she was extremely "rude" and "defensive"!! The service and flowers were not at all worth the $100.00!!

If you need flowers on a pinch it has a nice array of flowers, and the service was good. I'm not a flower person, but for special days I am, and they met the challenge of getting me what I needed for the mother's ministry in my church‼️

One of the most disappointing floral arrangements I've ever received. Sparse, no pizazz, cheapest most uninteresting flowers. Looks like something worse than out of a cooler from a grocery store. Person on phone tried to blame the person who ordered for not paying enough. When I told them how disappointing it was there was no apology or offer to right the wrong, just told me what I said was insulting. I'm an avid gardener this was completely substandard !! Poor customer service would not recommend unless you are completely un-knowledgeable about flowers !

Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Very disappointed. Worse, the container that the arrangement was displayed in was a cardboard box that had some type of printing on it.

We ordered a floral arrangement for the funeral of a good friend. Perhaps $100 doesn't get you much anymore, but we were embarrasses with the arrangement they delivered. Most outrageous - the flowers were set in a cardboard box that had some type of printing on the box. Do not consider using this florist.

I ordered flowers from TELEFLORA and Wickliffe Flower Shop fulfilled the order... Absolutely appalling at what they sent my coworker!! I was embarrassed to even give them to her.ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I ORDERED...THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS A BOUQUET FROM MARCS OR A DOLLAR STORE!! I SPENT NEARLY $100 ON A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT THAT IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED..SEE FOR YOURSELVES....They should be ashamed at this horrible arrangement!! I could have done better for at least 1/3 of the cost....

I ordered flowers thru TELEFLORA and Wickliffe flower shop fulfilled the order,Not sure why because the delivery was in Brecksville..what I received was a sad excuse for a flower arrangement for my bff coworkers birthday..I was embarrassed by what I got.I paid $100 for a grocery store bouquet in a crappy ass vase and 2 balloons...You should be ashamed of yourselves...See what I ordered and what I received... Despicable!!!

Although they were delivered on the proper date, the arrangement was made with old and broken flowers. This was a gift, so unsure if it was thru Telefora or not. Messages have been left. No return phone calls back.

Highly disappointing. My husband sent me flowers to work that did not look anything like that he ordered. The roses that were in the arrangement were wilted and half dead when I got them. They never opened before completely dying. The lilies were pretty when they finally opened, 3 days after the roses died. Sad, this place used to be great. Not sure what happened.
