3 stars is an average place. 5 is truly exceptional. This one's a 2 right now.I drove over 400 miles to see one of their cars on the lot and was excited because of having low mileage. The owner is nice and the car was clean, but the car was peppered in hail dents. None of the pictures online showed the dents. I'm guessing because of lighting and angles. Really wish the listing was accurate and would have either pictured the roof for example showing the hail dents, or either the dents described in the description. They were clear as day in person to see and about 30-40 of them spread across the roof, hood, fender and a-pillar back to the c-pillar. It was upsetting. The car also had a good amount of rust under it. Hail dents can be fixed with PDR and money, but rust cannot. I guess I should have expected it with the car being an Ohio vehicle too.Between a hotel, fuel, a rental to the dealer and a rental back home, I spent over $400.I was hoping for better integrity/honesty considering the reviews. I guess it was a lesson learned for both parties. Advertise the vehicle with clarity and that I shouldn't be buying vehicles from the rust belt anyways.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealer. They were easy to deal with, answered all of my questions, willing to discuss pricing, very forward and upfront with the details of the car they were selling, overall very genuine people. I picked up a fantastic car from them and have pictures attached, I will not hesitate to go back there again for other vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

Olga and Victor have been attentive and helpful throughout the process of buying a car. Used cars are always a risk, for the seller as well as the buyer. I don't expect the seller to promise that there will be no flaws. That said, the car we purchased has been excellent, and the buying process was personal and human rather than high pressure.

I bought a car cash and the gas cap was off the trunk was hollow I went back he took the check engine light off but it came back on I had by then had the car all of 2 weeks I called and Olga told me to call the warranty company well the warranty company won’t cover the cost and I had to pay $900 for the evap canister to be replaced my dash board lights pop on and off I feel like for me to give y’all almost $4000 for a car and I was having these problems before my 30days were up that they should’ve been willing to fix the problems that I was having with the car that I recently purchased

A few days after I purchased a car from here, multiple lights showed up on the dashboard. The O2 sensor needed to be replaced, and both rear tires were leaking air. I was never informed by them about either issue. I brought the car to an auto shop to run a diagnosis for the warning lights, and the employee told me the lights would go away for a day or two due to the reading and then come back on. This means this dealership likely ran the diagnosis before each of my test drives so that no lights would be showing. Lies of omission are still lies.Update: the O2 sensor was more expensive than normal because my car was a special Californian model- which I was not warned. And all the tires were a special size which made them ridiculously expensive to replace. Both should have been repaired by the dealership. I should have been warned about it being a special model. I got a Nissan because I wanted relatively cheap repairs.Don't shop here, they clearly dont have the customers best interest in mind.Update: Within a year of owning this car, I have also had a spring break while driving it (which terrifyingly made my car swerve in a crowded road). And a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The extra expenses keep adding up...

By far the BEST dealership I have dealt with! Olga and Victor took very good care of me, very honest and professional business owners. They made sure that the vehicle I bought looked like it just left a show room the day I picked it up! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Had such a smooth experience buying from them! Victor was incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had two cars I was trying to choose from, and he helped me so much with my decision. Not regretting my choice at all, the car has been driving exceptionally well! If you are looking for a hassle free experience I highly recommend you check them out!

Where do I begin with this review. After driving almost 2 hours to this dealership I had my eye on a equinox they had for sale the price was too good to be true. I was allowed 15 minutes with the car and it drove beautifully. I had contacted my bank saying this is the car I for sure wanted. I had bought the car and I thought everything would good fine from there. I was wrong... the car had so many problems continuing till this day the Timing belt, (2,000$) the converter was bad (1,700$ with labor) The battery and alternator have both gone bad, and the best one of them all the car is consuming/burning oil! I had the oil changed about 3 days ago and I’m already a quart low. Who knows how much that would cost! My bank called me saying they were concerned because they seemed like they were in a hurry to sell it to me. This place was by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Please be cautious with these guys. Scammers

Had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing from victory auto express! The experience was smooth from start to finish, from finding the perfect car for me and getting all my questions answered, setting up the appointment and completing the paperwork to the exciting moment of finally getting my keys, this place made it super easy and efficient!! Everyone involved was super helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend victory auto express for anyone looking to buy a used car.

Honest dealer and great to work with. We just bought a car here and the salespeople and owner were very easy to work with. The car was in good shape and the salesman provided us with the CARFAX report. We do highly reccomend this dealer.
