I used to not like Wickliffe post office because I had a bad experience with them but lately they've been really nice and helpful.

Employees are nice but i’ve came 3 different days this week to drop off packages and they have been “out for lunch” due to short staff. At different times each day the past week! Please hire more employees or at least post that you’ll be closed randomly for an hour in the middle of the day!!

Received a repeat notice for a package pick
up. I never received any other notices. When I looked closer, the notice was to number 2368 but the street over from me...wrong street. I've already delivered a package and a charge bill to my neighbor at 2386.....wrong house.
When I tried to call, the automated system drove me nuts. After 20" I'm done.

They have a real bad habit of sending packages either back to Cleveland distribution or to willoughby so items take longer to arrive. They also have lost some of my packages and blamed it on the Cleveland post office when I could clearly see it was at Wickliffe and then shipped out again instead of being sent out for delivery. And then on top of all that they like to shut down for 2 hour lunch breaks by posting a sign on the door instead of updating their business hours online so you show up expecting them to be there and they’re not. The one guy there likes to open and inspect the media mail to make sure it’s actually media mail which would be fine if they had everything else together in their establishment. The only reason I deal with them is because I have to.

Terrible!!! They close and lock the door before their close time at 5pm. The past TWO days I have rushed here to make it just before 5 to pick up a certified letter & they say they are closed. If employees want to close at 4:55 (or earlier? Who knows) in order for them to leave work faster, change the hours on google. An utter waste of time and stress.

I love this service and a huge shout-out to Arnie my mailman most days lol he is great personable. I hope I don't get him in trouble but today I needed help plugging my trimmer in and he did it in 2 seconds thanks so much love him

Called the direct line and Carla was very helpful! Took my number and followed up with me after tracking down a package with my incorrect city. Happy New Year!!

This place is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs. I have been here three separate occasions and all three times I was told "go to another usps we don't know what to do" for EXTREMELY simple tasks. I needed to apply for a passport, and mail a letter. These incompetent employees literally didn't even know where to START they just looked at me with blank stares and said "uhhhhhh go to another one we don't know how to do that" I mean come on? Might as well just go somewhere else to start and not waste time on these clowns. I guess this is why USPS can't afford to stay open. They're TRASH I will be happy when this awful location closes and these bums have to look for work elsewhere. Get your act together this place is a shame.

This is hit or miss. I will say that they often are fast getting through a line, but does not have great customer service. I had a Poshmark box (which allows you to use priority mailing supplies). I forgot the tape to tape the label on the box. The representative told me that I would have to buy tape and wouldn't offer assistance. When I then used a priority box, she was able to use their tape. It just seemed wasteful to be legalistic about rules. I have had other employees that look tired and stressed out, which has translated into a less friendly experience. I will say that they are ok. The building is your typical post office.
