I needed tires for my Ford Escape, I prayed to find a good honest car repair shop, and I did. Got all (4) tires. I’ll be returning for more work soon on my car. The service was nice and the receptions is very professional and nice.

Took my car in to have rear brakes replaced. When finished the brake light was still on. They advised I drive it and it should go off. It did not go off so I went back and they said the brake pad sensor was not connected. Mechanic said he fixed it. Also needed to have a screw removed from my tire while I was there. They advised there were actually multiple nails in the tire as well. I told them I just wanted the screw removed for the $25 they quoted me. I left and came back and was told they plugged 2 holes instead of 1 and it was now $50, plus the brake pad sensor that I was told was fixed and working was now "worn" and could not be reconnected and they expected me to replace it at my expense when they did not reconnect it in the first place, causing it to be destroyed. Needless to say I won't be going back

I love Frank and his entire staff, they are warm, friendly and helpful. They kept me aware of every move of what they were going to do to my 2004 Ford Escape, and they got me out as soon as possible. I will recommend Servco to everyone.

Business is totally unprofessional. Dishonest and mechanics lack proper training. I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago. After 2 weeks engine light came on. I took it in and was told I needed a new gas cap. Purchased a new one but light stayed on. After 2 more weeks it starts making a rattling noise. Took it back again. First they said it was a heat sheild and then they say transmission but they don't do transmissions. By the time I found someone, they put it on the lift and immediately saw the fly wheel was broke. Servco had it for an hour and couldn't find that. Or they just didn't want to say anything. Prior to me buying it they had replaced a fly wheel. The person who replaced my fly wheel said it was put in incorrectly, bolts were missing and it was shoddy work. After 3 weeks the new fly wheel has broke again. This time my mechanic is looking into why a fly wheel would need to be replaced 3x within 5 months. He is also paying to replace the next one. During this whole ordeal I have kept Servco/Venture motors informed and requested some kind of financial help from them as it appears I may need a new engine. No Response!! They don't care, dint take any responsibility for selling lemon cars. Before all this happened I took it to a Nissan dealership for oil change and the told me they were concerned about the exhaust system. Looked like it didn't fit right. Was pinching on the frame. The muffler was also not fit for my car. They told me to take it back. I did and Frank just got defensive and angry. He said they didn't know what they were talking about. Please do not buy or take your vehicle here for any major repair. They can probably handle oil changes and general maintenance Thats All! They dont stand by their work.

Frank, Jamie and team took care of my car needs. Did the work in the amount of time they said. You could tell that they actually knew what they were doing and had a lot of knowledge about car repair. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Very unprofessional, had my car for over a week and I had to contact them on days they said I could pick up my car just to find out I wouldn’t be getting my car. I kept being told “by the end of business” everyday then wouldn’t hear from them leaving me to call them. I asked for pricing multiple times and was told 1200 I get there and it was almost 1500 again no communication prior even though I constantly asked! Then as soon as I start it “low oil pressure “ pops up which wasn’t on before they got car, still is on 3 days later and they basically told me, they don’t have anything to do with that. I didn’t have any problems with my car prior to the day I sent to them which was because my car wouldn’t catch, now my car is literally cutting off in the middle of traffic and I’ve only had it back for 3 days. Oh they also left plastic packages in the hood of my car
