I was racially profiled and given incorrect information at the Wickliffe branch on Euclid Ave, despite providing a complete account number and a current state issued ID.I've held multiple accounts with this bank for decades; I've interacted with CSR's at many different locations outside of the "home branch" (where I opened the original checking account). On the Saturday my debit card did not work at the walk-up ATM, I went inside to withdrawal $200 from an account that had over $1,600 available. Asking my full social security, mother's maiden name and all security questions my be protocol when a customer attempts to retrieve account information or does not have photo ID... I'll see if the racist a$$hole still works at the location and update this review with his full name.
