everything is overpriced and they always recommend the most expensive product (even if it’s not the best or right product for the job). i’ve been in here a few times looking for Lucas branded products. both times, two different techs, said they’ve never even heard of the “Lucas” brand. how does an auto part store not know about one of the big brand names?? one of the guys was the manager. also, THEIR website says these Lucas products are IN STORE READY FOR PICKUP. yet the dudes never heard of it? alright NAPA, i’ll just shop elsewhere. i’ve had enough

I went online to check hours for Saturday & it said 8AM-4PM and so I drove here and the sign on the door says closed on Saturdays.

Sold me wrong parts after I provided all correct information.Wouldn't take the return.Didn't even know their own corporate number. Avoid them they price gouge anyways.
