My wife loves her car. Allie was great with the sales portion and wasn't overly aggressive. We had a new guy in finance so that didn't go as planned but he was new and is understandable. Had an issue with our bank a week after the purchase but the manager Joe Russo stepped in and got it resolved quickly.

First time buyer of a Subaru Forester, and I love it! The freezing temperature causes tire pressure to go down. It's just a quick and easy stop at Ganley Subaru to get air into the tires.

I have had my 2016 Outback serviced at Ganley Subaru Wickliffe for many years. Jason, Assistant Service Manager, does a great job communicating what is needed to keep the car running well and Sam, Subaru technician also does a terrific job in identifying mechanical issues and letting me know what needs to be done to keep the car in good shape. They are honest, fair and communicate well. I highly recommend their service department.

Great experience overall. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that actually listens, and went above and beyond with their communication. It can be a bit pricey for vehicle repairs/maintenance but you pay for what you get, and that's a positive in this case.

bought a 2013 ford edge with low mileage.The back up camera works part time ask salesman what's it mean when the post on camera reads see dealer .His reply was you need to see a ford dealer . Why do I need to see a dealer when I am buying this from Ganley. Next. I had the car for 6. days the check engine came on . Called the dealer and left voicemail and got no reply so I called a few days later . got the run around from the dealership.Was told they couldn't help . so I have to get fix on my own with no help from them I haven't even made my first payment & got to dish out more money to get it fixed . All I can say if you need a car don't go to Ganley

We bought a 2024 Outback. Location is close to rt 2 and rt 90. Easy on and off. Christian helped us and went way out of his way to explain deals and jokes, while explaining all the computer stuff. Set up was nice and close to what our old Subaru had. Clean business. Lovely waiting area. Coffee, tea, and Misc drinks. Large restroom stalls. All is at ground level so handicap/wheelchair is easy access. Pricing and paper work is explained at each step as signing. Now waiting for our title to arrive.

Excellent car buying process. All of the staff I talked to were very helpful, making me feel like I had the full information to make an informed decision in buying a car. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in getting a Subaru.
