All personnel at Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe do a fantastic job for their customers. They are all pleasant and helpful, and attend to your needs very efficiently. My husband and I are always satisfied 100% with the service we receive. We cannot speak highly enough about this dealership.

I visited Ganley Subaru after my car was totaled by a semi. Cristian is a great guy to work with. He listened to my concerns, preferences and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I'm especially impressed with the safety features, gas milage and ride on the Outback that I purchased. I'll be recommending Ganley Subaru and Cristian to anyone who needs a vehicle!

I have had my Subaru Outback from Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe, OH for two years now and I am always so impressed by their service. The techs are amazing and so kind and helpful. I will continue to service my car there and purchase another Subaru in the future from them simply because of their amazing service.

BEWARE!!! Salesman told us the truck we purchased along with CARFAX was in great condition. All 4 ball joints were bad. $1000.00 fix ~This is a SAFETY issue. I understand "as is" but we had a 2 hour drive home and just lucky nothing happened. Then there would be a lawsuit. Don't tell me the vehicle was "inspected" And as their Delivery confirmation states " free from any resonable discoverable defects" I would say NOT.
When I called and talked to the manager I was basically yelled at. Enough that my son heard and recorded, as I was on speaker. Went as far as saying my mechanic of 20+ years ripped me off and when I asked to speak to another manager I was told "You don't get to talk to another one" Steve (manager) needs a course in Customer service. Wish I could attach the recording here.And how convienient the salesman who sold us the truck is no longer there. Left a message to the GM (Mike) but as of yet I heard nothing.
UPDATE: Don't let the reply from the "OWNER" fool you. It's a BOT..No one has gotten in touch with me and I've called and left messages to talk to the general manager multiple times and no return phone calls either. So much for them stating they take safety seriously.

Although I was only in the market for a low-priced used car, Brian made sure to keep me informed of changes in inventory that I may be interested in. He test drove a few for me allowing me to only focus on the ones I'd really be interested in. The personal attention is important, even with a lower-priced sale. This is reflected with the rest of the staff as well; from sales manager to finance, you feel that they are continuing to earn your business throughout the buying process. Will definitely recommend this dealer to others, and look forward to doing future business.

Our experience with Ken Ganley Subaru was great; from the salesperson, to the manager, the financial specialist, and everybody else involved. We wound up buying a Subaru Crosstrek, and were treated as valued customers. We are pleased that we made the trip to Wickliffe. It was worth it.

I recently purchased a used truck from this location. Traded in my car for a truck, I read the car fax report and was ok with it. Two days after getting car home I noticed oil stains in my drive way, looked under truck and saw oil dripping from where engine meets transmission. Contacted the sales person and he told me to bring it in. He took the truck and sent it for repairs (total of 4) days without truck at this point. Eventually I got truck back and he stated that I saw oil dripping it was residual oil and it would clear up. Truck was still leaking oil after a few days since said repair. He told me to take it across the street where they have another shop fix the oil leak, the shop said that the issue was a gasket inside transmission and total cost was estimated to $1200. Only had truck for about 3 weeks at this point. Tried to contact sales guy to inform him but he wasn’t answering my text messages. After a week of no contact I drove to shop where I spoke to sales person and he immediately got his sales manager to speak with me. Manager told me that I bought a truck as is and there’s nothing that they can do since I signed the documents. Also stated that once truck leaves lot it’s not there responsibility. He said that he will pay half of repair and I pay the other half.
The truck had a leak as soon as it left the lot yet I am responsible to fix it and didn’t even own it a week. There no way possible that they weren’t aware truck had leak before selling. Selling cars with defects and then saying there’s nothing they can do they are legally protected by that “as is” purchase signature.
Will never return to this place.

Had work done on my 2015 Outback Subaruwas quoted > $1200 and when I went to pick up the car the invoice total was $1044.55. How often does that happen? Honest and reputable.

This service department really does a fantastic job. Every single time I take my Crosstrek in for service, the team here is super friendly, super helpful, super knowledgeable, and great communicators. And the work itself has been efficient, without any follow up needed. Calling for an appointment is equally smooth. Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant.
