bought a 2013 ford edge with low mileage.The back up camera works part time ask salesman what's it mean when the post on camera reads see dealer .His reply was you need to see a ford dealer . Why do I need to see a dealer when I am buying this from Ganley. Next. I had the car for 6. days the check engine came on . Called the dealer and left voicemail and got no reply so I called a few days later . got the run around from the dealership.Was told they couldn't help . so I have to get fix on my own with no help from them I haven't even made my first payment & got to dish out more money to get it fixed . All I can say if you need a car don't go to Ganley

We had a great experience at Ken Ganley Subaru thanks to our salesperson Joy Taylor! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took time to explain all the bells and whistles to us. She was extremely polite and friendly. We will be return customers thanks to Joy. If you're looking for a pressure free environment and a pleasant and enthusiastic salesperson see Joy in Wickcliffe! Took my car in because of nail in tire. First of all, they charged me to LOOK at the tire and tell me there was a nail in it; THIS I ALREADY KNEW. I was told they would order me a new tire. FOUR DAYS LATER, I called to check the status of the tire arrival and THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THEM EVEN ORDERING a tire for me. I have been putting air in my wounded tire FOUR TIMES A DAY. I canceled my nonexistent order and went to Firestone. They are happy to take your money when they sell you a vehicle, but their Service department leaves A LOT to be be desired.

I gave a minor problem with the radio system it won't load after a short stop cutting off the car and getting back into the car. when restarting the car the radio system will not load until you cut the car back off then restarting. about 80% of the time you need to restart the car. I just bought the car in January 2023 it's a subaru outback 2022. The problem with service is it take 3 weeks to set appointment if you need a loaner. Thats BS, I traded in a a2014 Subaru outback where the dealership service only took 3 days to get an appointment if not the next day and see my car and an always available. I'm taking my car back to the old service shop where the understand the customer needs.

Beware of their used cars and the deception that they are thoroughly inspected. We just spent nearly $800 on our used Prius not 3 weeks after purchasing it here. Our mechanic said he was surprised that they sold us the car as it was, since this was a issue that could have proved dangerous if not fixed.

I took both of my parents car's in last week. We lost my grandma two days before. The funeral director, random servers at restaurants, and other strangers where we paid for a service weren't friendly. I was grieving and leave it to the service consultant at Subaru, Giovanni to be the first friendly and warming person I encountered during this time. He explained the entire process, pickup window, and what was done at completion. He even offered to call my parents to relay the service done. Giovanni shook my hand and thanked me for my business and offered to take any further questions at a later date. I almost left a condolence card on the counter in between transferring cars and he ran after me to give it back. Thank you, Giovanni and Subaru for the amazing customer service.
