When I 1st arrived to my room all I can hear is next door remind you its 2am! Sounded like a party of least 6 talking very loud. Very thin walls an connecting doors. I asked to be moved to an room with no neighbors which was granted. Theres a sign at the elevator that reads please keep noise to an min lol you can hear theses people to the elevator from end of hallway. The room was fine lobby was very nice an cleaned open space. Can't say nothing bad about this hotel.

Don’t stay here unless it’s your only option!!!My wife and I got the king suite to up our lives a little, we were greeted with a room on the 6th floor(not bad in retrospect) only to find out we had to walk up the stairs an entire floor because the 6th floor button doesn’t work!!! They claim to have a restaurant, bar, pool they have none of that, you don’t even get a microwave!!! Our room had a pullout couch which we thought was awesome until we pulled it out to find BLOOD STAINS ALL OVER THE MATTRESS!! they couldn’t even try to put a sheet or anything on it the only comfort we had was being in the bed, that’s the only good thing that came out of the trip was a good nights rest but they don’t allowed truckers in the parking lot so what’s the point in staying here? A hole in the ground would do much better.

Wifi didn't work, non-smoking room smelled of smoke, no extra blankets, keys stopped working had to get new ones, shower pressure was anemic.

I found a bed bug behind my pillow case and it was so disgusting to see and find I stayed in a hotel for four days. The deposit was $60. Rooms were 70 when I called downstairs told them that I found the bedbug under my pillowcase and they said they was just moved me to another room I told them that I was going to check out and if they had any type of way, they could confiscate me, confiscate me and they told me no and that they couldn’t give me anything off…wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone.also once I got to front desk almost were ripped off deposit but ended up getting my 60 deposit back because I put up fuss

1) When I entered Wickliffe, OH into my Waze GPS, it defaulted to another city2) When I called the hotel to verify the address, no one answered3) Entering the motel, one arrives on the 2nd floor. My room was on the 3rd floor. So, if I wasn't paying attention (leaving my floor) and pressed the "1" button, I ended up in the basement. They could just change the elevator buttons to make the entrance level "1" and the lower level could be "LL" or "B".4) Thin walls: I was sometimes kept awake by neighbors playing music5) Although the site indicated my room had a microwave, it did not. The front desk notified me there is access to the community microwave.6) There was a Holiday Inn trash can in the bathroom of my room. This is clearly NOT a Holiday Inn.

Stayed for about two weeks, Had only minor issues that the staff resolved on the spot. Rooms/bedding was clean and had no issues with any of the amenities in the room.Nice quiet place to stay for a night or as long as one might need.Great location right by the highway so it's easy to find and access, staff is friendly.Have no real complaints i'd recommend it to anyone.Rooms: Spent time in a couple rooms and each room was clean to a satisfactory standard, non smoking rooms smelled clean, all the doors lock and the bathrooms were also clean. Sheets spotless as well.Walkability: Several business within a short 2-5 minute walk to get food or snacks etc.

I delivered a walmart delivery here and let me tell you I wouldn't go back near the place with a 10 foot pole. Upon arriving it was filthy, smelled and seemed super sketchy. The person I delivered to had to have age verification and sign for the delivery. He opened the door and out came years of cigarette and weed smoke. I literally choked. I couldn't breathe and was appalled at how dirty, messy, and hoarding conditions that the room was in. I feel bad for the little girl that lives with that man. I can't guarantee That room has not been cleaned in months period the fact that people live in a hotel yet. Don't have a clean room. Is absolutely disgusting. The whole complex reeked of weed and gave me the heeby GB's from the moment I walked in. There is no way I would ever ever sleep there period it did not seem safe at all. If I could give a 0 star I would.
