I was pleasantly surprised at how much work they put in to re-organize the mess that used to be there. Great job! I stopped in to get a bag and a card and found them quickly. I was checked out within moments of standing in line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The store gives me anxiety as soon as I walk inside. Its extremely messy and disorganized. Cashiers on their cellphones talking on speaker telling customers in a line longer than the aisle to hold on. Customers trying to whisper to her so they can check out after waiting forever in line. Nothing is in order or where it should be. Items thrown all about the shelves and floor. So unprofessional and I will never return. Worst experience I've ever had in a store.

Never well stocked, barley any workers. None of them act like they want to be there.

I prefer the Eastlake store. The Wickliffe store is always messy. I do understand they are understaffed. While I was there today, the manager on duty and cashier had a shouting match. Very unprofessional.

I will not be back to this DollarTree. Visited 11/25. The manager is very unprofessional. She had a 20 min convo with her friend that the ENTIRE store could hear. And her son running up and down the isles kicking a ball into ppl and just in the way!The male cashier is rude and all around has a nasty attitude. 2 stars because they usually have a good selection of items if ur willing to search through the chaos.

Will not be returning to this location visited 11/29 around 1pm the woman worker was horribly rude and obnoxious gave me an attitude for asking a basic question about where something was located throughout the store and the cashier laughed at her rude comment very unprofessional I hope they can find better help possibly people with customer service skills

This store is bad never organized stuff Everywhere just really dirty they need people just to clean that place we'll never go back thank goodness the one in Willoughby's gonna open so won't have to go out to Mentor Commons
