“I hadn't been here in wuite some time, but we found everything and more than we went to Gabe's to purchase...the store was neatly arranged, the staff is courteous , efficient and polite...my Granddaughter. Niece and I really enjoyed our shopping experience at this location...oh and parking was definitely not an issue...yes I will be going back soon.”

“Went to 5 below looking for beverage dispenser and I found exactly what I was looking for....just not enough of them! I purchased 5 dispensers; would have like to purchase 6, but I'll work it out for $5! Self checkout was easy. Didn’t like the shopping cart with the extra tall pole to prevent you from taking the cart out the store, but thats minor.”

“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

“I like Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items. A little mad cause they don't carry the coffee I use to buy, but the other brands are still a little cheaper then the grocery stores. They have a nice variety of furniture and have a company that delivers for them.”

“It would be GREAT if you would supply some of the mid sized shopping carts like the ones in the Coventry store. Persons in power chairs or wheel chairs can move these about the store with ease. Instead of having to put items in bags hanging from chair, which may cause some fears among loss prevention. Otherwise, I like shopping at all of the Marcs stores, closeout is always an adventure in discovery.”

“I had a great experience at this location.After at looking several different locations to find exactly what I was looking forward to update a guest bathroom… I fell short.Once I arrived at this Dollar General, an amazing person by the name of Rose was extremely helpful and there to assist. Rose was extremely friendly, and quickly made the most of my time. Rose actually cared enough to really help me instead of just pointing me in a direction like other places. I was searching for a frozen food item & was digging through the case looking for it when a thoughtful worker named Felix came over help. He was kind enough to get down and look through the case for me and got me the items that were buried in the back. Felix was so nice and considerate, definitely an asset to Marc's. Being I didn't even ask for help and he came to help me, I thought it only right I mention him. I wanted to thank him again and thank Marc's for having such a great employee.”

“I love going to the Save-A-Lot it's not crowded it's not that many people in the store when you go in there the workers all are very nice when you come in there so I definitely will be going to this save a lot more often because you don't want to go in the store that's so crowded they give you time to shop and get all the things you need without the store being so crowded”

This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. “I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”

“I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”
