“I used to work in Wickliffe so I would get a car wash here several times a month. I was in the area recently got a car wash and the dryers didn't work. I contacted Zappy's on their website mainly to let them know the dryers aren't working and they gave me a full refund. Great wash and great to do business with.”

I drive an older model CRV and recently lost a side molding strip. Didn't realize it for weeks & when I stopped by to see if I had lost it there, I was amazed that they not only had it but had kept it all this time!!
Turns out the part is now unavailable to order new. I would have been SOL.

“RTS repaired the A/C in my 1999 Ford F250, after a different repair shop, Pollo Automotive, destroyed it.
RTS did a great job for less than I expected. They also warranty the repair and parts for a year!! RTS also has *great* communication.
Btw, I do not recommend Pollo Automotive! ? Take your vehicles to a professional auto repair shop: RTS!”

“James at World of Shine is AH-Mazing! A miracle worker indeed. I coulda hugged him after I saw my car clean! I brought in the nastiest minivan to this place for a complete interior detail. I'm talking 3 years of pure neglect of vehicle, with 4 kids constantly traveling to and from children's hospitals and eating on the go. Just gross. No matter for World of Shine! They took my van and made it brand new! I couldn't believe it! Great vacuuming, shampooing, cleaning ... the works. “These guys are absolutely top notch. I got roaped into a membership because my toddler loves the "wash car", but now that I go there regularly I can see how much effort they put in. They are beyond kind. They'll come flip your mirror if they get flipped inside the car wash. Even if they are not the ones starting you they are always waving and smiling and saying hello. They are always outside when the weather is nice smiling and having a good time. And they always make sure to wave to my son in the back seat.”

“My driver's side, side-view mirrow was hanging by a thread when I came out of the carwash. The very nice manager sent me to a local repair shop. The mirror was replaced, Zoom covered the cost, it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is courteous and helpful.”

“I picked up a certificate for 2 Blue Level washes at Willo Wash. Willow Wash is located at SOM Center near the intersection with Euclid Ave. To enter the wash there are 2 gates, 1 for the members and the other with an electronic kiosk, luckily an employee came over quickly and got me all set. Pulling into the wash the other employee did a great job of using the spray hose to start the wash, the run through the wash is smooth and seems to do a really good job of covering all areas of the car. One thing I had never seen before is at the end of the wash after the air dryers there is a large roller that seems very soft and adds a final buff to the hood, windshield, roof and trunk of the car. Inspecting the car after the wash I have to say that this may be the best car wash I have had in recent years. The car was fully clean, including the area by the rear bumper which is usually missed on my car. The car is shiny and even the tires were gleaming. If you are looking for a car wash in the Willoughby area you should give Willo Wash a try.”
“Good wash would give 5 stars if they dried the car. Seems like they close for the day if it rains in the morning. I like to get my car washed on my way home from work after it rained in the morning. But they are always closed”
“I take my car here frequently. You sit in your car, and view the entire process. I pay monthly for the best car wash package they have. It's worth it if you visit frequently.”
“Favorite car wash! Their 15 dollar automatic carwash is worth it!! That's all I get. When it's done it dries your car as you leave. It'll give you a minute so I inch up every 10 seconds so my car can dry.”

“I got my car washed yesterday . When they pulled my car up to clean it, an employee came over and asked if that was my car . I said yes, and he said he found a $20 bill under the seat and handed it to me. The 2 guys that cleaned my car were very thorough and very kind. They said my car wasn't as dirty as I thought . (I have 3 dogs).”
