The absolute worst car rental experience I’ve ever had! I travel a lot so I’ve been here a few times and each time has been a nightmare. Customer service is awful, the cars are never what you pay for and I’m stranded here right now trying to catch an Uber to work because they are absolutely no help here. Go somewhere else!

You can't just clean cars and throw people into them. I assumed my rental was good, jumped on the highway and immediately noticed vibration. Tire pressure is 12. Had I kept on going, there's a good chance that I would have had a blowout and or accident. Y'all need a checklist to follow when renting out cars. The last budget rental car I got had bald front tires and a windshield wiper that was falling apart. I'm not a fan of hydroplaning and being unable to clear the water off the windshield

I contacted Budget rental car this morning before spending $40.00 on an Uber to secure my reservation and also to confirm what information was needed. The questions I asked were if they accepted a debit card. The answer was yes as long as I had a photo ID such as a driver’s license. When I arrived at the faculty, I was then told another story. I was told that I needed a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement and that those copies must be printed and no less than 60 days old.Your customer service agent had every opportunity to explain at the time I called what was needed so it seems very suspicious to change the rules. I have been on the phone for over thirty minutes waiting for someone to help me get back to my apartment.Shame on you for your poor service.

I reserved a car online weeks ago to pick up August 5th to get to my father's burial. When I went to pick up my car, I was told they had no cars. When I expressed I had a reservation, I was told, quit rudely, that that didn't mean anything and they can't just make cars just appear . They said they'd call when a car became available.I scrambled to get to the cemetary, no help to the representatives at this site.When my husband called the next day to see if my car was available yet, he was told that it wasn't and to check other Budgets. My husband asked how we could be sure the car would actually be there he was told to drive there to find out and if it wasn't there to keep driving to other sites. This is beyond ridiculous! Horrible experience!

Website said no need to vacuum or wash car ...there was some grass on floor from our trip nothing to crazy no trash or anything just a little dead grass.. guy said oh no that's to much grass you need to vacuum first when I told him about what the website said he said it must be returned in same condition it was, so I said so then do I need to wash the car he said no just vacuum lol makes no sense

First time business renter Worst customer experience I’ve had with a rental car company. When I picked up the car I waited 45 minutes in an empty lobby for the owner to process rental car transfers. He took multiple customers who walked in after me first. I was there until right around close when a lady walked in to return a car. He told her he’d stay behind so she could fill the tank at the station across the street. I had to end what was supposed to be a week long reservation early due to a passing in my family. I was cutting it close to when they were going to close. I called in at 5:55 pm and talked with the owner explaining my situation and letting him know I was at the gas station across the street I asked if I could arrive 2-3 minutes after close to drop off the car (That way the tank was full for them). He told me that he didn’t care what situation I was in and told me he was closed. I informed him that online it says he was open till 6. He said that it was close enough to 6 and that his doors will be locked at that time. I dropped off the car without filling up the tank. It was less than a minute of an interaction then waited outside for my Uber. The owner was there until 6:10 anyway which would have given me plenty of time to refill the 3/4 of the way full gas tank. I completely understand adhering to a strict closing time however, when you just made an exception for another customer the day prior, and knowing my situation. Some compassion would have been nice. I’ll just stick with the enterprise up the road going forward.

You might as well go to Enterprise up the street. Last few times the big dude at the desk told me he don’t have any cars call Budget for the closest one with cars or get a refund. Why do he even clock in if he never has cars, why are they even open if they never have cars? They need to just close the whole branch…

Please read the negative reviews carefully and believe every word. I made my reservation a month in advance and received a reminder of my rental confirmation the day before my pickup date. When I went to pick up the car, they told me it was unavailable. I was told to call Budget or drive to the airport to ask if there was a similar car available. The person at the counter refused to help me. I found a similar car at another rental agency and the person at the counter would not cancel the reservation for me. Again I was told to call to cancel. Budget and this branch in particular are an embarassment and DO NOT deserve your business. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

DONT DO IT!Prepaid for the car, did the check in, went to the Budget location we were told to go to, at the time the computer told us which was a bit after noon. The representative at the door told us they were closed at noon and the computer should've never allowed the reservation to go thru. He then wanted us to drive 20 miles to the airport to see if they had a car available, because they wont answer phone calls out there on Sundays. Um Its A No! Took me 30 minutes to get thru to customer service for a refund. Thx but no thx

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. CANNOT get in touch with ANYONE — at ANY business hour — to modify, confirm, cancel, etcetera. Horrible service.

I prepaid the car a month ahead for this location just to get there and be told the 7 seater wasn’t available even though we prepaid for it. Then, the employee there tells us we “have” to call customer service to figure out the alternative. Of course we had to be firm with him and remind him it’s his job to figure it out since he admitted he knew this car wasn’t available 3 days prior. After we demanded that he fix this, he made a phone call and got us an alternative 1.5 hours later which delayed our plan. In the meantime, we’re calling the customer service also just to be told that they can’t assist us further because they’re not at the location where the alternative car was being transported because they work outside of US. Imagine we called ourselves explaining to the “customer service” line that the employee on site told us there’s no car available for what we prepaid for. It was just nothing but circles!! We didn’t feel he was competent and was honest that the car was on its way. If so, he would’ve worked much harder to get our prepaid vehicle 3 days prior!! Not only that, we started driving the car on the highway nearly home, there was a rattling under the car and they zip tied the pipes onto the car so it wouldn’t fall off!! Remind you he delayed our plans and we were moving out of state with crunching time and deadlines to meet!! As soon we dropped it off at our drop off site we explained to them what happened and their exact words that it’s NOT normal to have “zip ties” under the car and shook her head!! Never again!! Please save a headache and stress. It’s not worth coming to this location!!

I had to go to another rental car company because I only had a debit card. I found that strange because I rented a car the day before using the same debit card back home! I was very disappointed in Budget
