“I had a great experience at this branch on Monday, 12/18. I went in to cash a check; the teller Anna was very polite and helpful. While at her station, I saw an informational flyer about high rate CDs, which she gave me further information on and contacted a loan officer to assist me further. That’s when I met with Ray, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All in all, I cashed my check and was able to open a 7-month CD in under 15 minutes. Very grateful for this branch.”

No waiting when I arrived. Nationally the company is just okay. I've actually had some difficulty communicating with Citizens Loan Department on a national level. After closing I had another situation came up with checks drawn on the loan and this local office has been very easy to work with to return money to my account quickly.
