AutoNation was very helpful when I was looking at buying my first used car, as a new car owner they didn’t try and sell me more products or warranty on my car. I can definitely see myself go there again in the future!

Told salesman Alex exactly what i wanted. He searched online and found one 360 miles away. He brought it to this dealer. When i arrived the paperwork was ready, the car was clean and sitting out front. Alex explained how everything worked and i was ready to go. Love the car and this dealer. Earl always makes you feel welcome

When I called to make my appointment they were able to take me right away when I got there they were very professional they offered to have my car delivered if I was not able to stay which I appreciated very much. the worry of having to have my car repaired, was minimized by the service I received

The best car buying experience! My Salesperson, Dennis Spagnolo, was the best along with my Finance person Josh, and the General Manager worked together to make it happen - and it did! It was almost too easy!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My car was acting weird so I brought it in, I also needed to patch a tire and get an oil change. They texted me and told me it was going to be a $7,800 because I need a new transmission. This vehicle is a 2018 with less than 80K miles, also the warranty expired at 75K miles, funny how now is when they say I need a new transmission even though they are the only shop to service my vehicle. I am the only owner and I bring it in regularly for regular maintenance. They did nothing to help me. When questioned about what was actually wrong with the transmission, they could not answer, because they didn't know because I highly doubt they even looked at it. I told them I will just take my car and bring it somewhere else and they didn't even have my keys available for me so I had to come back the next day. I will never go back. I took my car elsewhere and they have been working with me. They found the source of one leak, fixed it, filled the fluids and are testing it to see if there are more leaks, not jumping into spending $7,800. Do not go to Autonation ford east unless you want to get screwed over.

The best experience ever. It was a very busy day at the dealership, but everyone made a point to take care of all of the clients waiting. For me, I recognized how consistent the workers were with details and concerns for safety. If an unexpected problem arose, they went directly to the owner with the information and the concerns were handled. The associates are awesome! In fact, one of them love their job so much that he works through lunch most times. Go figure! I rate them with a good score because I witnessed it and had good conversations with other clients while waiting which made the time fly. I was also impressed with the respect that is displayed with the workers and management team. That's crucial these days.

Alex Hill was very helpful and in the future I plan to do business with. I can't stomach the dealer add on to the Raptors, especially since you already can't use a Z-plan on them.
