“I cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this shop!! My Honda CR-V was making horrific noises after a routine oil change and air filter replacement at Take5. After taking it back to Take5 only to find out they had put the wrong oil in my car, I was told it was fine, but the noise and vibration from the engine were even worse the next day. Very worried at this point, I called Paul at AutoCenters on a recommendation from a friend. He fit me in the same day, right before closing. He personally took my vehicle for a drive and within minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem: the cover for the air filter had been incorrectly installed: twice.
