I've took my 2019 Chevy Impala here after I took it to Dave White twice with no luck. I had a transmission issue that was under a tsb and an oil leak. After about 3 hours of my car being there, they figured out my tcm was bad and my front timing cover was leaking. They also had a rental car set up for me and I only had to pay for a transmission flush due to everything else being under warranty. Due to Dave White not finding any issues wrong both times, my warranty was almost gone, about 1k miles away. They had great communication with answering all of my calls and messages, updated me on my car's progress and also sending me a video of the technician inspecting and explaining the tcm and timing cover issue. I do most of my own work but If there's something I can't figure out or have another car under warranty, this dealer is going to be my go to place Chevy wise.

I placed an order for a part online and saw that the item was in stock.When I went to pick it up I was told they did not have the part in stock.I was told that I would get a call when it came in tomorrow and I was satisfied with how they handled the situation.

Blaine Marston was and has been an amazing salesperson to help me purchase my 2024 Traverse. He has frequently followed up with me to ensure that I have everything I need. Connor Bowen was my Finance Manager and also did an amazing job. He explained everything to me very clearly and was patient. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. I still connect with Connor when I have questions today. Additionally, Zach Radcliff in the service department has been great to work with. He has assisted me on a couple of occasions and is knowledgeable and helpful.

I was in a really bad accident on Monday and by Wednesday Cody and Adam had me in a 2021 Chevy Equinox! It was the fastest and easiest dealing with them when it comes to buying a car! I will recommend everyone I know to them! I’m so incredibly grateful for all the help and empathy I was shown!
