Bill and Cody are awesome. I have little knowledge about cars, so I’m usually very nervous to go anywhere to get my car looked at in fear I would be taken advantage of. I love the thorough reports they give through the text message link and their communication process is easy. Bill took the time to explain things to me and even talked to my dad for 20 minutes over the phone when he had questions. It says a lot about their characters that they are willing to take time with each customer. They were able to save me money and the technicians didn’t settle with a part that looked subpar to them. I am thankful I took my car to B&L and I have already recommended the company to multiple people.

Great service, great price for oil change. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gave me a check sheet with issues they found with my truck along with prices to fix each issue. I highly recommend B&L Tire and Auto! Got a bonus chocolate after I checked out!!

Thought I needed air conditioning repaired. Turned out I inadvertently disabled it. Instead of going ahead and inspecting it they advised it was OK and saved us the $108 charge. We very much appreciated their honesty and will continue to use their services as needed in the future

Brought my recently purchased used Jeep in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection a few months ago. They changed the oil but never rotated the tires and a few things they "found" bad in the inspection were not bad at all. They said I had a bad ball joint and tie rod, but upon further inspection elsewhere they're perfectly fine. B&L is just trying to make money off of repeat business with their new ownership. I won't be going back.

B&L is great place to get your automobile repaired. They are very quick. Send you photos. And are knowledgeable about the repairs that need to be done. I am so happy to found such a nice shop.

Cody at B & L Tire was extremely helpful! I was on my way to Indianapolis when the check tire light came on. I stopped in and they were able to quickly check the pressure in my tires and accurately conclude that the tires were overfilled (after they let some air out and I was on my way, the light went off). While someone took care of the tires, Cody explained to me how air temperature affects the tire pressure, so not only did they solve my problem, I came away more knowledgeable. They turned a stressful situation around for me and I’m so grateful!

It did not take much time to get an appointment. Dropping my car off was very easy. Talking to the staff was very respectful. They did a thorough job on my car with some short term and others long term recommendations. e.g. my wipers were all bad. I will book again there. They are all excellent. Helene
