I had 4 items to buy but the self-checkout was closed even though the entrance was open. There were 3 workers standing around chatting. So I had to wait in line at a main register. The clerk was not very friendly and she ripped the plastic bag after putting items in. (I had a 4-pack of D-Cell batteries) Not a pleasant experience for sure...

Previously I was impressed how efficiently order pickups were handled...until they canceled my order whn I was 5 mins away from my 20 minute (one way) special trip to pickup several cases of water. I sat in the parking lot trying to get a hold of someone - Anyone - for 45 minutes & eventually got hold of the pickup dept who said yes, the order is right here but the only person that could reinstate the order had just left. They said the only thing I could do was to Reorder and come back tomorrow - another special 20 minute (one way) trip. The pickup dept said I had 48hrs to pickup...but we were at @36 hrs so by their own standards there was no reason it should have been cancelled.

I suggest you shop at another Walmart. A lot of theft going on here. Even the staff look suspicious.

Today was a good day at Walmart. I only went in to get lunch from the hit food deli counter, and that is exactly what I did. Then I walked over and self-checkout was once again Walmart + members only, so I was in and out in 8.5 minutes.

Tried checking out a register. The register stopped responding and broke down. Then went to another register. The self-checkout lady said, "we ain't doin that" and put me back on the busted self-checkout...thanks for that

It's an ok Walmart.
While I was checking out all of a sudden the Self check out old man yelled you gotta pay for that. I turned around to see him holding a BBQ cup as a couple teens ate some nuggets. He made the biggest deal. Walked away to talk to the food people. They were about to pay on my register when the lady told them they had to get in line. So when they were walking to get in line the old man came back still yelling at them. And told them they had to pay even though they were literally about to. Then he started calling the police/security. In a world where our teens are shot and killed for less it's crazy an old black man would flip out over a 50c cup of BBQ sauce like it was coming directly from his check.
And at that why are you selling food but you gotta pay for condiments? I never have and never will. If I get nuggets am I supposed to eat them dry?? And that's never enough to call police on three black teens. Do better because I real black man would have gave them the 50c if they didn't have it. BUT they were literally about to pay when that man pulled them back out of line

Their money center is NEVER open, I went today no one there so I go to customer center an she says it opens at 6:30pm but sign says it closes at 6pm and went to get groceries and there’s no sign on the self checkout of 15 items or less I had over 20 items it was literally no one there and she tells me I can not use SELF check out.. it’s self checkout I’m confused why it mattered when every other store they only have self checkout, the lady was rude and yelling like a crazy women I will never go back to this Walmart again. ??

Never enough cashiers, shelves never so stocked. Today was better plenty to choose from some things on sale. Even when I'm mad at Walmart I still shop there lol.
