When some people are in charge,the establishment becomes a joke. In the service business,the main part of the job is to serve the customer,if they simply say "I'm in hurry", then a proper response SHOULD be,I'll be right with you, sir/ma'am. I do hair,and if someone tells me that they are pressed for time,I would simply speed up. I would definitely be polite and try to accommodate the customers situation. I think the manager was mad that I'm at least 20+ years older than him and more handsome.Lol
I know a hater,when I see one. I'll be 57 next month and I know a lil bit. My salon has a 5 star rating on yelp because I know how to treat people.

My man Derrick runs a tight ship and is making stuff happen, Things have progressively been getting better in many different aspects from cleanliness, to improved customer service since his arrival.

Vary disrespectful and racist only shift that is nice is the night shift and they are vary nice but morning shift is a nightmare and gas from this gas station seem to burn rather quick so I stopped using the station for gas

Yesterday my son went to the store to purchase something and was told by The cashier (Didn’t I tell you not to come back up in here) When it was the first time my son been there in like a month. My son Confused on what he was talking about told him wasn’t in there that day and my son walked out. As he was walking out the same cashier a black guy with glasses and tattoos on his arms and gold on the bottom of his teeth, made a smart remark saying don’t come back in here if you purchase nothing. Nobody wants to purchase anything when greeted with attitude like that I need to talk to somebody because this is a big issue not all teenagers that come in the store steel and they shouldn’t be grouped together. That is discrimination. I need to talk to the corporate office because it will be a lawsuit. Oh, when I went to go talk to him about it he was also rude. Told me he can talk to people anyway he want to in his store, which is not true. That is definitely not customer service do better.

The only time I have a bad experience in this location is when the girl with different color eyes is working. She is extremely hateful and rude (and not just to me, but to other customers as well)…she refused to serve a malt to the woman next to me. If she’s not trying to serve ice cream…maybe she shouldn’t be working at a UDF. Jusssst sayinnn. I’ll change this review when her attuitude gets adjusted.

If I could give a zero I would .I was just at this location and the cashier / manager Dionne refused to ring me out because I left my money to pay on the counter while I was putting my ID back in my pocket .I told her I was trying to speed up the process because the line was long.She then said it was about respecting her .What about respecting the customer ?Not only me , the others in line . I told her I was going to call the corporate office and had been coming to that location for over 8 years and would not be back .She said she didn't care .Dionne shouldn't be working with people with the attitude she had .It was a very unpleasant experience .

Wow it’s 8:30 I asked for a Buckeye shake that’s on sale just to be told by the male black ( it be your own people ??♀️) oh I ain’t making no shakes right now !!!! What?! But the cooler is fully loaded with ice cream UDF we have got to do better

Oh my gosh, that place is SO dirty. Ew. It’s disgusting, there’s hair on the floor and the floor is so filthy. The cashier is filthy, while he was talking to the customer (know each other) and he said the f word in front of us which is not a very professional at all. I will never ever go back there again. Disgusting and filthy.

There is a night worker, young white gentleman who is extremely lazy, arrogant and likes to start drama with people who come in! Steer clear folks trust me. They condone his behavior which is why I am leaving a 1 star! The morning crew is amazing! But DO NOT recommend the night. Management needs to do something about that individual.

WHOEVER i just talked to on the phone at this location was VERY rude and disrespectful- i called for a job yesterday and they told me the hiring manager would be in tomorrow so i called the next day which is TODAY and asked was the hiring manager there and again i was told he would be in tomorrow and i told the woman they told me that yesterday and she said “ I can’t help what they told you yesterday “ in a very nasty attitude voice - whoever that is working right now at this time needs to be fired immediately because SHE IS A POOR display of a employee to be answering the phone when people are looking for jobs - people probably cause trouble at that location because of nasty rude people like whoever i just spoke with -

I was the victim of a card skimmer incident here, on pump two. Of course whoever it was got into my account. I called the store to warn them, they didn't care and told me to email corporate. I emailed corporate and got ZERO response. Shame on you UDF for not caring about your customers. I'll never go any UDF again. And I'm telling everyone I can so they hopefully don't go either. DON'T GO HERE! It could happen to you too!

I ask for a milk shake but I got ice cream in a milk shake cup. The tall 7 foot monkey gave it to me. I was being respectful but I wasn’t receiving the same energy. Just very disappointed
