So, an employee was moving extremely slow helping someone and I told him that had a bus to catch. Just as I said that the man in charge,(claiming that it's his store)starts checking for being rude. I told him I've been in the service industry forever and I just let him know,my situation. He then wants to flex and refuse service. I left and said God bless you. When he first came over, I was relieved,thinking he was gonna help,instead he came hating because he's not like us.(O.G.)

I'm there most mornings and the staff are always so helpful and sweet. Good selection, just not always plenty in stock.

Kim And Laquita are wonderful but Jon the manager is a worthless person, he don't work but more than 25 to 30 hours a week and he's supposed to do 45 hours a week in my opinion he needs to be fired and banned from all udfs

This place is always clean and now, has a wonderful friendly evening staff. Evening Manager, I believe his name is Tristan, is awesome and funny.

I go to the UDF by house at least twice a day to get a peanut butter milkshake.. The employees at that location are truly dedicated to making sure your cravings are met cause woohoo I would be devastated if my milkshake wasn't perfect EVERY time.. Thanks Guy's... stay focused and always remember to smile you never know who's day you happen to brighten up with just a simple smile..Thanks Again,? MILKSHAKE LADY

The two ladies working there were very nice and friendly. They made me a double scoop of ice cream and I accidentally dropped it
Cira was so nice and gave me a replacement scoop when she didn't have to. Very nice people and great service!

UDF is clean and tidy. The staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable in my experience. There is a good selection of items (especially ice cream!) and good donuts. Why 4 stars then? It is a bit pricey.
