I was referred to this clinic years ago by my in laws. The last few times I've been i was reminded of the nice staff and better prices than the medvet I was taking my pets to which is closer to home. Lately I've needed to budget their care more so I went back to town and country and at my last visit I was reminded why I stopped going. I called to say I would be 5 minutes late due to traffic. When I arrive no one is waiting or at the desk. I stand there for about 3 minutes when someone walks by me quickly twice, another few minutes pass and I see the same woman that pased me at a desk in a room in front of me. I wait and she looks over her shoulder and then says loudly "where's Emily?" (Poor emily) she goes back to working I wait about another minute as she works and I stand there when I decide that it shouldn't be this hard to acknowledge a paying customer by saying "someone will be with you shortly." So I say " hello? Am I going to be acknowledged? Am I good or should I stand here and wait." I understand i was a little late but now it's about 10 minutes late. Being a customer I don't know what's going tonight and just want to check in for my pet and for them since I was already late. The woman I spoke to who is obviously too good to speak with the customers (maybe the owners kid.) perhaps she shared with the vet (her parent pethaps) that. I was "rude to her" because the vet decided a little attitude for me was appropriate. This is after waiting another 45 minutes for our appointment. She told me my pet who recently returned home has fleas and so does my house and I need to treat, when I explain I'm bringing him in after he ran away and I'm allergic to fleas and have no bites because I thought some symptoms and hair loss he had was due to stress she repeats herself sternly "youre house has fleas and you need to TREAT IT" she then says how we haven't been in since 2017 and suddenly I remembered why. I remembered the same woman in the waiting area being rude to a coworker. (Hopefully not emily way back in 2017) I don't return to places where there might be a toxic person or dynamic. The dynamics amongst the humans will affect the pets. I don't remember the vet being judgmental or so late but again I have a feeling my confrontation with the rude woman was shared with the vet and they know each other or are related. My advice to the woman with the dark curly hair and thick, poorly-done nails, youre not too good to speak to anyone, especially people that pay you and trust you around their animals. My appointment was for 330. I was seen at 420 and was able to leave by 5pm. So if you plan to visit really make a plan. This was just a check up for an old cat that got out and returned home.

This is the first time I took my dog Max to this office. He is an older dog with some itching issues. The Dr. and staff here are absolutely phenominal. I wish I would have discovered this office years ago. The pricing here is very affordable and the care is superb. I would recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a veterinarian who cares and a super staff as well. 5 stars aren't enough.

Dr. White is the best. We have three cats and we’ve been going to this vet for about six years. They are small but they are super nice and friendly.

Dr. White and her staff are amazing and so compassionate. They have taken care of all of our pets. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great vet. You know your furry babies will be in good hands❤️

If I could give less than one review I would I had called and spoke with someone was on hold for more than 30 minutes but in that process, I had asked them questions to get my dog treated and she kept putting me on hold and I was able to come in before they closed But the fact that she had me on hold, they wanted me to come after hours so they can charge me for an after hours visit when I was able to be there in less than five minutes exactly. Then when I asked to make it then when I asked to make an appointment for my puppy, she tells me that the vet says no she needs to come in now so they can charge me the fee. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Stinks very bad and needs to be cleaned and updated. Took my dog for grooming told them to call me if he needs shaved down and they did not I showed up to a bald dog.Will never go there again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
I was a customer for years, but this place has gone down hill. They’re unprofessional, try to make you come in multiple times for the same issue so they can charge and office visit fee, and the rooms and lobby are gross/ haven’t been cleaned well in years.

Don’t like to trust just anyone with my fur baby had her since I was 18 stole her from my grandpa on my moms side who had her tied outside cold and millions of ticks on her with wet supposed to be dry food I changed out and got her hydrated picked the ticks off and trained her commands she’s been my baby ever since was so scared thru pyometra she got in now 27 but doctor white and techs very intelligent and saved my doggy daughter and lucky for them get to spend the weekend with her thank you everyone at the clinic

Will offer the most expensive service first so u have to negotiate ur way out of the unnecessary stuff u know ur animal doesn’t need atm. Asked about a payment plan because she offered my friend one a while back and the dr white lady said no and she couldn’t do a payment plan for me so she picks and chooses . Funny

Dr. White and the staff are caring and so very accommodating. She has cared for our pet family for 10 years. She even outs up with our frantic calls and many questions. She takes her time and explain plans of care to us and has even offered care when our 14 year old shih tzu had to be humanely euthanized.
