Black african American lady with neck length twist braids today was so nasty today at the self checkout. She had an attitude about every question I had (where is the c4, can I replace this makeup). The older white guy was absolutely sweet and very pleasant at the self checkout. People like her makes target feel like Walmart which is why I always go to target. FYI I am a black woman making this review.

If it's not the bullseye section that pulls me in it's the clothing section lol. Primarily I typically only stop into Target ? with an intension on buying something specific, (for example skin health and beauty products); but sometimes I get distracted. Lately I've been adding to my hair clips and claws collection. A beautiful arrangement of solid metal hair accessories I am fond of, plus never plan on returning. I also have some new Target apparel I am looking forward to wearing.

Absolutely love, love, love shopping Target via online Will Call. The front desk is right there as you walk in!
There is another store in the same vicinity that requires the customer to walk all the way to the back of the store for PickUp items. I do my best effort NOT to shop there.
As a senior citizen with ambulatory issues--walking to the back of the store isn't very comfortable. Whenever I can avoid shopping "there" it is what I do. Target is spot on with floor design and customer service.

Rude cashier,
I was doing a instacart, I had my order checked out and everything. The payment didn't go through due because instacart had to put more funds on the card. I was nice enough to not hold up the line, so I stepped to the side to handle the situation. The lady already had the ticket to scan again so I could just swipe my card. When I'm ready to go back up to cash I ut she told me I had to get all the way back in line again. I couldn't believe I was heated. Most people would just take me and cashed me out since I was already in line. I wanted to let her know so bad but I just bit my tongue and didn't say anything.

Haven't been here in a while and wax disappointed when I was there. Yhe store reminded me of the Schottenstein Store of the 70s. The womens section was a mess. With clothes all over the floors, unfolde on shelf. Shoe section was even worse good luck finding the right box if you found a shoe. I give it a 3 because the rest of the store was relatively clean and organized.

I like shopping at target because I can usually get everything i need there. However for over a year I’ve been noticing the price that’s listed on the shelf is often different than what’s being charged at the register, which is higher. I see this at all 3 of the Targets I visit in Columbus, Ohio. Most times if I can find a worker in the area and ask, they usually say they don’t know why there’s a difference or maybe the price increased but the tag not changed. I now use my cartwheel app to check price and if it’s higher on app. I won’t buy it. Buyer beware!
