At least 15 to 20 people in line all wanting to buy lottery standing in an air holding everybody up because the person in the bag didn’t wanna come up and do lottery. I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. You need a bigger place some more cashiers or hopefully we can just do less customers

I stopped by to pick up a six pack of beer and a pack of cigarettes for a friend of mine who does not drive. Waited in line about 10 minutes and right before I get up to the register the lady says the register is closed shift change go to the other register which was closed when I first got in line. I left the beer there and I will not go back to that store after that incident. Obviously they don't consider our time to be valuable so I won't consider shopping at that store ever again.

Okay, I'm not giving full stars only because getting out of here is terrible, which isn't technically their fault, but *squints* if I didn't have a rewards card, I would probably go somewhere else. Once I left, I had to go the opposite direction of my destination and turn around somewhere.

The only place my Queen (MawMaw)sends me to buy her lottery tickets. The staff and mgmt are absolutely wonderful! This Shell station truly focuses on providing friendly service! You wanna go where everybody knows your name? Look no further! Stop in and say hi to Ms Kelly, Ms Clara, Ms Freda, Ms Tracy, Mgr Ms Vicky or the fellas a sweet man who I think said his name was Gino? and the quiet blue eyed man who runs the carwash. $16.00 dollars for a car wash is way to expensive and it did not even took more then 5 minutes. This is a rip off and the works leaves water marks and streaks. And the water they use for brushing disgusting dirty. Never again and I'll be reporting it to Dave Gil Cheverolet.
