We were traveling out of town and forgot medication. Lynn went above and beyond to help get it transferred, spoke to doctor and filled. We use Kroger in our hometown and appreciate this employee so much.

Very rude pharmacist techs especially the small heavier old white lady , couldn't even get a word out before she yelled that I wouldn't be able to pick up til next day after 3 p.m. even though it was only 6 pm she didn't even get name orbirthday before telling me that . If you hate your job get a new one no need to spread misery and bitterness just cause you hate your life.

I don't know how many times I have came to this pharmacy at 8:30 in the morning and their drive thru isn't open. Seriously?? Your not slammed at this time of day so why not have it open. What's the difference if someone is sitting at your window or standing at your counter. For a lot of people, especially elderly people, having to go all the way inside just to get their meds isn't an easy task smh

I keep having an issue with Emily. Yesterday was the final straw. My child takes insulin. So now after over a year of my child's being on automatic refill all of a sudden the long acting one isn't! I was told by Emily that I took it off which was a blatant lie! My child takes two different kinds of insulin so mysteriously the other is still on automatic refill! I've had to call corporate on Emily before for medication issues so I assume she now has an attitude. So before she causes my family to have a medical emergency with my child I felt it was best to move all of my family's medication's immediately. I believe Emily's purpose was so I would not come back because she said that to me as well. Emily is not only unprofessional, but disrespectful as well!

Used to be a decent store but had taken a nose dive in recent months. Went in tonight to the liquor store and paid cash. I was told that there was no change so he shortchanged me about forty cents. My problem is, you do that enough times and Krogers has made a nice little profit for the day. The clerk was very rude and I just paid and walked out. I called the customer service department and was told that there was not enough change in the store. I guess no one was available to go to the bank to get enough change. I'm done with this store. Shopping used to be a happy experience but this store turns it into a nightmare.

Extremely poor customer customer. Long time customer of this location’s pharmcy. Recently noticed they refilled a prescription with two different mg Asst.Store Manager was little to no help. Unable to get a Manger from the Pharmacy to call me as I requested instead a new Pharmacist called was no help. Asked for the District Manager’s number they provided me with the number to a custom home builder. The “mistake” the pharmacy made is at best a potentially dangerous one at worse an intentional illegal one. With their handling of the situation upon notification it makes me believe they need to be audited. They aren’t handling this in a straightforward manner. **Ive already dealt with short counts from this location **

Be intelligent by utilizing your time and energy wisely and don't shop here or deal with these ignorant people. Parking lot is always like an overflowing trash can

I would like to start by saying this negative customer experience had nothing to do with any COVID related precautions in place. My friend and I were checking out. I can't recall the cashier's name. I know it started with a C. This happened on July 26, 2020 at approximately 6:15PM. I was purchasing alcohol and the cashier wasn't old enough to sell. We tried making some friendly conversation during our wait. Our idle chatter was completely ignored. At this point- the cashier and the young lady bagging had not even acknowledged our presence. I also took this time to try and make sure my reward card was added to my transaction. The cashier decided this would be the time to jump on her phone and start texting rather than ensuring my reward number was added. Also during this time- the bagger was complaining to the cashier about having to work with Miss Cheryl more and how she was not happy about it. This prompted the cashier to also start complaining about her job. After all of this. I over paid and my rewards card was never added. I can't even imagine complaining about your job during a time when so many aren't able to find employment. My recommendation to both of these ladies would be to put in their two week notice. There are plenty of people who would be thankful to have the job. Kroger- You can do better.

Covid update. It was awful. Baggers not wearing masks properly, no hand disinfectant for employees at check out. Generally most employees did have masks on, but not all. As far as customers, less than 50% had masks. This is usually a reliable Kroger, but regional management has not pushed the "let's protect everyone" mantra down the chain. Or local management is on vacation. Take your pick. We won't be coming back.
