This pharmacy is so busy that it sometimes takes them 20-30 minutes to just answer the phone or they'll put me on hold and hang up when it's my turn. They treat ppl so awful at times depending on the person I'm talking to. I think they need more employees or less customers.

Employees arguing in plain sight of customers. I try calling and calling and calling to get status. The 1x my call was recieved, was told my script would be ready in an hour. I get there and then im told "Nope it will be a couple days" just an absolute mess. Unless you MUST use this pharmacy like me....Stay Away

I have recently moved and in the past had used other Kroger locations for pharmaceutical needs.
I went to this location to pick up my sister’s prescription. There is only one speaker to speak with the pharmacy staff, so I had to wait 10-15 minutes behind one person that got their prescription. Once that customer left, I was able to ask for what I needed. I was told the prescription wasn’t there. I stated multiple times that I had received a message stating to pick it up and knew that it should be there. The representative did not care, sighed, and said “it ain’t here”.
Following this exchange, I called to get more clarification on the matter. I was quickly put on hold and had to wait 24 minutes to hear from someone. When the female representative finally answered the phone, I was met with short responses and was put on hold again for another three minutes after hearing her greet someone at the location that she seemed way more interested in speaking to. When she returned, again, she told me she “didn’t see anything”. I asked her what I needed to do next and she said, “call the doctor” and abruptly hung up on me.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I never intend on spending another moment or dollar at this location.

I've been told 4 times in the past that there were "no refills" for my medicine when my nurse would state other wise. It happened again today so my nurse had me on a 3 way call with one of the staff members. She confronted them about messing up my meds and the "professional" response she got was "thanks for the lecture." And he hung up on her. RUDE,trashy,GHETTO, disrespectful staff. Get your meds elsewhere.

This is horrible. For 3 days no one has answered the phone. Call in prescriptions. No knowledge. Refills aren't all filled when picking up. This is so unprofessional. Especially when your trying to do follow up so as usual not a wasted trip. Time to change pharmacy ???

This Kroger is an absolute trash hole. No, I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Every time I go to this store there is something outrageously wrong with the place. I have been frequenting this grocery store for a long time because it is literally a block from my house. However, I will drive 10 miles to Giant Eagle from here on out. I've had it with this place. If it isn't rotten meat, freezer burnt food items, or not having common goods in stock, then it's the horrible customer service. The managers all have attitude. They are not helpful in the slightest. They are lazy and don't care about this store one bit. Today I walked to the grocery store with a $3 off manufacture coupon for a 90oz or larger Tide product. I get up to the checkout and the lady tells me she's going to have to see if I am allowed to use this coupon. What do you mean see if I am allowed to use it? So after standing there for almost 10 minutes while she goes and tries to find somebody to speak with, she comes back with the customer service manager, and they both tell me I'm not allowed to use that coupon. Why am I not allowed to use that coupon, because corporate told them no one's allowed to use coupons for laundry detergent over $1. That is the most outrageous ridiculous stupid thing I've ever heard. So I can take this coupon to Target or Giant Eagle or any other store and use it, but this store will not allow coupons larger than $1. It's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Talk about screwing people. I'm done with the store and I'm not ever going back. And I would tell anybody reading this review, don't go in there. It's filthy, and the associates are rude as hell.Oh by the way, I called their corporate, and they tell me there is no such policies. Manufacture coupons are good for their stated value.

I've been a long time customer of Kroger but when I moved to Whitehall from Dublin, I was shocked at the difference between the store I've shopped at for 22 years on Sawmill Rd and this one on Hamilton. It's not a big deal that the store is much smaller, but the fact that it's filthy, is. I've experienced spoiled meat past it due date on the shelfs, a huge dark and leaky, water damaged ceiling that was dripping water on the food and the floor in the milk & dairy area and shopping carts full of items that need restocked by staff, filling and entire lane in the front of the store, blocking any customers from getting any items or even shopping in this area of the store. Good luck if you try to purchase deodorant here.... Cashiers are also rude and expect you to scan your own groceries, even if you've been waiting in line to have a paid cashier ring out a half a cart, full of items, way too many items for self checkout. I don't work at Kroger and I don't plan on ringing up my own groceries anytime soon, that's what cashiers get paid to do there, that's their job, not mine. Thank goodness I'll be moving back to Dublin soon and I'll be able to shop at my favorite Kroger on Sawmill again, but in the meantime, I'll be shopping at Kroger in Reynoldsburg or on Sawmill when I go to Dublin a couple times a month. This Kroger location is the worst grocery store I've even been in and I won't be back. Shoppers beware.

Kroger wants the CUSTOMERS to be UNpaid employees and therefore the lines are unbelievably long. It is too frustrating to shop at Kroger anymore ....
