The employees empowered to fix issues and ensure the success of the little guys like me has me singing praises.The Fiber Services as well as the ability to have a backup Wireless Connection to our business has been something even the larger providers in the industry just could not figure out how to provide.We require uptime 100% of the time.Our own Customers require this as well and Curtis and his team @ ICS have been able to provide this day in and day out.The local providers regional and even the national providers need to learn a thing or two from ICS.”

“Starting from our first email, Phil was a very responsive and attentive customer service rep, whose service went above and beyond his pay grade. He assured I knew when people would be coming to my apartment, he made sure the calls were made promptly to my roommates and I to give us notice. And just as helpful, the people who came to service our router were awesome! Avery and Brody were both collegial with each other (I could hear them troubleshooting while I worked in my room) and they were extremely professional with me. They made sure I understand my service plan and possible upgrades before leaving, added bonus.Bresco gets a big thumbs up from us over on King Avenue!”

“I am saving the 5th star to when we actually get service. I will be ditching Breezeline. I was waffling between TMobile and Spectrum. T Mobile now has the edge thanks to Yanni. Why? She did not try to oversell us. Spectrum kept trying for all those add ons, like TV packages, repeatedly. Dont need them. Yanni listened to what I WANTED. I like they have a gadget kinda like my router modem, at no cost to me, that I just plug in and move it around the house to find my best reception. Apparentally it is an easy install. I really like that I dont have to keep an eye on my fees and beg retention not to raise my rates. Big plus there. I am dreading canceling Breezeline because I am sure they will transfer me over and over until they finally get that I am done with Breezeline. I have my eye on two things...my cell and my internet. You will always win if you keep my charges stable. Spectrum is only slightly cheaper...for a year. Then up go the rates. I wasnt looking for gaming speeds. Just internet, enough to stream, enough to read my newspaper or ask Alexa a zillion stupid questions. Looks like T Mobile for me thanks to Yanni's expertise. She didn't oversell me.”

“I had the most wonderful experience here for my first time on Friday with an associate that was there by the name of Kevin. I went in just for asking questions on switching and I ended up switching over my plan and was very satisfied more than I have been with any service with Metro so now I am a boost customer thanks to Kevin. On top of it I was having a really messed up day due to my phone and once I left there I was very pleased I always tell my kids it's the little things that matter in life that people overlook. I really appreciate that young man. I had to ask his name to leave a compliment. I recommend this store to anyone but please ask for Kevin. ! Tell him a valued customer sent you?”

“Went in to check out a new phone, and Trent was so incredibly helpful! He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! I highly recommend T-Mobile and specifically this store - Thank you, Trent!”

“I went there right after work to do an exchange of equipment and saw that the waiting time was ridiculous!Some people expressed their frustrations for waiting an hour and agitated with the fast approaching time to be elsewhere soon!Rather than joining the "Miserable Members" crew, I had signed in and then went window shopping at the store next door!But when I returned, those still sitting & waiting informed me that some people had left, and also how they had the privilege of watching various employees' shifts end and then walk right out the door too with NO ONE to replace them!The store had only 1 employee to work the floor and she took HER TIME!!! Although she did the occasional rolling eyes at the mumblings, she remained professional and took care of the next individual with maturity!!!She also kindly referred those who were making payments to the kiosk on the side... That stunt deflated about 4-5 people's bubbles of anger!It had also bumped me up to a single digit on the waiting board, caused my waiting time to be cut to less than 15 minutes...Then not long after I was the one walking out saying,"Good Evening" to those who signed in after me!”
