“I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! “Went in there to add a line. It was on a promotion and I got charged an activation fee, that was supposedly free and they added an extra phone line that I knew nothing of. Now I trying to take care of this situation and the Manger isn't there to fix an issue that one of there employees caused. Everything was great until I went to get another phone. Bottom line is I got 3 lines which I'm supposed to have, but a extra line was added to my account and I don't know why. I want it removed.They took care of the situation after I went into the store. It was I issue that I over reacted to, cause another store told me one thing and I wanted fixed and the next day. In the end all is well. Thank you N Hamilton.”

“I had the most wonderful experience here for my first time on Friday with an associate that was there by the name of Kevin. I went in just for asking questions on switching and I ended up switching over my plan and was very satisfied more than I have been with any service with Metro so now I am a boost customer thanks to Kevin. On top of it I was having a really messed up day due to my phone and once I left there I was very pleased I always tell my kids it's the little things that matter in life that people overlook.
