Worst bank ever. I like Huntington but now thinking of changing due to the manager at this branch. She is rude and definitely had a attitude about her job. I've never had so many issues until I started stopping at this branch. Looking at the reviews seems I'm not the only person who's had issues with this manager. It's a shame that Huntington doesn't care enough to train their employees how to treat people with respect and decency!!!

They NEVER pick up the phone. I‘ve been waiting a month for correspondance! Today a manager finally picks up the phone and then tells me she‘s not available at the moment and I have to leave a message. As if I haven‘t been leaving voicemails for weeks. This branch is absolutely careless.

Today I went in to the bank due to me having to have my card unlocked because something happen which made me very happy.Because that means my account was safe. I would give them 5 starts but the lady that I was dealing with was not very nice and not very friendly and she had to call someone to get it unlocked and they stated laughing I’m not sure about what but it didn’t make me fell very welcome and I don’t want to go back to this one again I will switch to pickerington it is sad when you don’t fell welcome in your own bank on top of that she called her coworker in the back to say something to her and I ask if I did something wrong she said no. In a really rude way and I asked what happen and she didn’t seem to want to answer me but she did I will not go back I’ll switch to pickerington for now on. I was really nice and friendly to her. I am wondering if this is the same person that was rude to my mom as well when she called.

In drive through now for 20 minutes. Only 2 cars were In Front of me. Finally my turn and teller says she is only person working lobby AND drive through window. Ijs

Worst customer service all the time. I have had multiple issues in this location. I don't know how can a teller process one casher check twice and they had the gut trying to charge me for returned check. I don't know why I have had multiple issue with this branch. I think they should close down this location. I saw them returning/referring a customer that came in to open an account to another branch. Today was my last day at this branch and would never go back again at all.

I normally frequent the bank near my house in Pickerington, but I had to swing by here because the ATM malfunctioned outside. When I entered the facility, I immediately noticed something I'd never seen before. There were two sets of doors and I was instructed to remove any and all metallic objects and place them in the tray before being buzzed in via green light. Yes, they have metal detectors. The teller was extremely pleasant and even offered to help set me up for a business account while I was there. I politely declined because I didn't have the appropriate documents handy, but it was good to know that courtesy was one of their strong points. As I left, I couldn't help but laugh, seeing that they had to "buzz" me out. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about being in there with some nutcase trying to rob the place. He couldn't get in if he tried and God help him trying to get back out! More banks need to adopt this procedure.
