!!!TOTAL JOKE!!! It's the first time I've had issues. At first they gave me an emerald card and said a refund should go in soon. It showed on the app that it's been verified. Now I'm told I'm not getting anything, and now I can't access the app anymore. Why give me a card if I can't use it?
