The employee did her best to be nice about trading a PS5 controller for a PS4 controller. I lost big time on the dollar amount plus a broken PS4 preowned controller. Their policies are trash.

Went in to make a purchase. Had called a lift to bring me to the store and lift doesn't wait for you if you're over a certain amount of time. When I got inside, the cashier was by himself taking a trade-in with multiple items. I asked him very nicely if he was working alone and he said yes. I told him and the customer my situation with the Lyft. I asked if it would be okay if I could go ahead and make my purchase and get out of their way. The customer and cashier were both okay with doing that. Cashier was extra friendly and extra helpful. If you want good customer service, go in after eight and maybe the cashier who was working that night will be there for you... Just want to say thank him and his other customer for being so kind and courteous..

Great Customer Service. Called looking for the Umbreon Gamestop stamp card from Obsidian. He hooked me up and didn't try to hide them like some of the other Game Stop employees.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE :)))I had gone in a couple days ago looking for some Pokémon tins and saw on their website that they had some in stock. Dropped by since it was super close by.Walked in and was greeted by these two employees. They were nice and extremely friendly. They instantly made me feel like they were here to help me find whatever I was looking for as soon as I walked in through the doors.I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was extremely pretty and did the most without me even asking. I had told her about my search for these Pokémon tins and she looked up what stores had them and even wrote down the amount number they had, for me. Then she even proceeded to call one of the locations, which was one of the closer ones, to see if they could check for me in order to save me the trip if they didn’t have it.To be clear, I hadn’t even asked for any of that and the woman continued to do everything in her power to make sure I had all the information I needed to be set on my continuous search. Just… she was amazing. She was amazing and I didn’t even need to ask. ????????I’ll be back soon ❤️

The little girl behind the counter tried to overcharge us and wanted to talk to us like we didn't know what we were talking about. The box said one price and she enters a higher price at check out!!
