I had an amazing experience at this Flowerama. Marley (sorry if I misspelled) went above and beyond to help me with the wrist corsage and boutinnier for my 6yr old granddaughters dance her and I are going to. Highly recommend going here for your flowers.

I was in need of a wrist corsage for my 6 yr old granddaughter and a boutonnier for me to wear to her Denim and DiamondS dance. Marley (I hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing. She was immediately available to assist me in creating what I needed. The whole staff there was amazing. If you are on the East Side of Columbus, OH. THIS is the store you should go to. Their customer service is way beyond any other Fowerama on that side of town. HIGHLY recommend!!

First, I would like to say my mom loved her flowers. The Problem: The Card was not delivered with the flowers - The Card was supposed to say: FROM Me and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my mother. Since the delivery was incomplete, my mother did not know who sent the flowers or why they were sent. I live out of state, so when she tells me she has been calling different family members to ask if they sent her flowers, I am pissed off. FlOWERAMA you need to do better with the delivery service being a paid service by the clients. PEACE Lily, delivered today, between 3pm - 4pm

Promised a delivery time, missed it, and instead of taking ownership, gave excuses. Staff does not care. Support local florists, and stay away from this un-personable chain.

What all can you say it's a flower shop but pricing is pretty decent they've always got what I've needed for my kids for their dances or award ceremonies graduation always service is awesome if do you need anything if they don't have it just ask can they help you to flower place you know roses are red violets are blue Flowerama kicks app I recommend it to you LOL LOL have a great day y'all. ????

My husband stopped in to get info on getting roses for my birthday . He didn't want me to have to cut them . They told him he could bring the vase we wanted . After talking to me ( yep no surprise flowers here ) we talked about which vase. He made a second trip and purchase on of their special boxes ( only $2) so he could safely transfer case with flowers. Went back a third time with our vase and the special transport box. I did not want any baby's breath or greenery. He came with 2 dozen beautiful assorted colored roses. They even put the food and water in. My issue- the roses looked pretty squished in that vase. I kept obsessing about that but figured they would have told him if it wasn't ok. It bothered me so much that the next day I couldn't stand it and took some out and put some in another vase. Yes looked better. My second issue was they did not have that aromatic rose smell that I had anticipated . I thought I'd give it a few days . Finally Monday I couldn't stand it so I called. The answer when I said that they should have advised my husband that the case was too small - he Could have gotten less roses or have them use a base it wasn't a big deal but he didn't know I wouldn't of known and they said well they were squished because he got a cut in Trump. They just cut them and drop them in the face and didn't arrange them at different levels levels if he had gotten that they would've looked better and I said well he wouldn't of known to ask for that. It's up to them to educate him of his choices. Well, he could've looked in the cooler and saying that they were different choices, and I said like my husband would really have noticed that he had those kinds of choices so then She addressed the no rose smell, and she said no the roses don't have that I don't even know what to say to that seriously I've never had roses that didn't smell like roses and why bother paying money for roses that didn't smell like roses and so she apologized for the quality and I did request the manager to call me which she never did. I do not recommend this business. Blaming my husband was ridiculous.
