I don't like that the shopping carts have bars on them. I walk with a cane and I often buy bottled water. I can't carry it to my car.

Alot of empty shelves, always out of the same things I need time after time, so it's a waste of my time to even shop here because I have to end up going elsewhere as well. Always long lines at the checkouts, you can never get in and out quickly. Not worth the hassle.

Bought drain opener (mister plumber) and it was legit water. Thought it was weird that it leaked in the bag in my car, because it never does that. Went to pour it out (2 bottles) and it's straight water. I have bought before and it is a thicker consistency and has a weird smell. Not this time, someone is either switching it out or dollar tree has stooped even lower.

Judging by what I’ve seen on TikTok this is not a store you would want to be employed at.There is video that shows management being disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not be surprised if the poor cashier sues this company. Shameful.

I am never shopping here again!!Although the young ladies working at the registers and stocking the shelves here are very kind and nice, their supervisor "Joyce'" is an old authoritarian white woman who sneers at the customers.I had to call someone to let them know that Dollar Tree was out of laundry detergent and cold medicine that had been on the shelf just the day before. Little tyrant Joyce let me know in no uncertain terms that they will not let any customer charge a phone, even for a few minutes. Joyce barged her unhappy, lonely self loudly into a conversation I was having with a nice clerk to make it absolutely certain that I knew that I wax NOT to charge a phone or even ask about charging a phone.Merchandise disappears from the shelves overnight. If a customer asks for something they saw the day before, no one knows where that merchandise is. In other words, Dollar Tree doesn't keep things regularly in stock.As for myself, I'm an older white woman. If I were working in customer service and acted toward customers the way Joyce acted, I would expect to be Fired.Hey Joyce, it's time for the rocking chair!! Get out of customer service!

I'm seeing alot of reviews about shelves always being stocked. Those have to be employees or paid reviews because my experience differs. This is my neighborhood store so I come here at least once a week for convenience. The shelves are never stocked. They recently added a 3, 5, and 10 dollar section back in June. I liked it but they took over a month to restock it. I very rarely come and find what I'm looking for. And I don't think the staff is friendly either.
