They are pretty clean for the most part had plenty of carts to go around as I used 5 at one time. But the machine you have to use to load money on a card in order to pay for your wash and dry is total CRAP!!!!!! It wouldn’t allow me to add money to my card that I already had from my last visit. The Lady who work there who looks to be Indonesian and the Indian man who is the owner of the place ARE VERY RACIST KEEP GOING AROUND BLACK PPL LIKE A BLACK PERSON GONNA STEAL THE GOTHAM WASHER MACHINE OR DRYER. WE PAID TO WASH OUR OWN CLOTHES AND PAID TO DRY IT. THEY DID NOT ASSIST IN GIVEN FREE MONEY TO WASH CLOTHES NOR WE WASN'T EXPECTING THAT FROM THEM SO WHY BOTHER CUSTOMERS AND KEEP ACTING LIKE THEY CLEANING WHAT THEY ALREADY CLEANED IN THE SECTION THEY CLEANED, AND WHY KEEP GO AROUND CUSTOMER OVER AND OVER TO WATCH THEM. THEY PROFILING PPL AND FOR WHAT?THEY NEED TO STOP THEIR RACIST WAYS OTHERWISE WHY OPEN THE BUSINESS ?DO THEY NOT WANT CUSTOMER'S TO GO IN THERE AND PAY FOR THE WASHING AND DRYING SERVICE. When I first moved to Columbus this was where I began washing my family's clothes. The place was clean, there was an attendant on site who was very helpful. After a few years, I noticed washers and dryers were breaking and not being fixed. There are no attendants to help if you lose money on machines andno one answers the phone if you call. They need to go back to how they were in th beginning.

I have been coming to this laundromat for a few months now and every time I come into this laundromat there's always an issue. There hot water never flow into the washer. So you will have to wash your clothes on cold or warm water. And today was the last straw. I use a washer #14 and after putting in my card and pressing start, an error about the door close came up. The part that blew me was the fact that NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS HERE TO HELP. So the washer took my $7.00. I am very upset. I won't be coming here again. Bad business.Edit: I do know how to work a washer and I have read the instructions plenty of times.

I was the first customer here this morning. I washed with no problem. Now the dryers....Dryers have no heat. This is the second time this has happened to me and there is no employees on site to assist with a refund. I assume the door just open automatically without a need for an employee. It’s Sunday 8:39am 12/15/19. I wasted 40 mins thinking my clothes was drying and now I have to spend more money to dry my clothes because no employees is present. All the extra money this place will gain from customers using dryers that does not dry your clothes. Also the little machine in the wall that dispense bleach and fabric softeners took my money. Come to this place at your own risk.

I like the load size of the washers and dryers. I don't like how pam is overbearing and infringes upon the customer space. Why does she always want to clean around you while your loading.??? Its annoying and she needs to understand that not all customers want to talk.
