The first employee was lazy and didn't want to help me find a product. One of his colleagues saw this and stepped in to help me find a product the computer said was in stock.

The most rudest workers out here. If you don't like your job, find another place. I don't know what's so hard to give good customer service instead of saying "I don't know". Then why are you working here?

Called up to this location today to get info on a warranty. A lady answered and before I could even finish my question she told me yes after I help this customer and then placed me on hold. Then kept me on hold without saying anything for over 30 mins. This is very unprofessional, I understand being busy. How about pick up the phone and let your callers know you haven’t forgotten about them and you as a customer over the phone is just as important as the ones in the store.

A spontaneous quick stop to Auto Zone in Whitehall made my day a pleasant one, after experiencing an annoying situation that morning with my car.
Every 10 seconds someone walked thru that door, so the place seemed super busy. Keshawn was at the counter as I explained my concern. He came outside to view the issue ultimately fixing the matter in no time.
He's such an easy going professional, knowledgeable, pleasant & kind human being! I hope Auto Zone recognizes his worth as much as I did/do. The world needs more people like him around especially in service-oriented environments!

The staff do not know much about cars. They are paid to get the part you are looking for. They staff at this location get a little burnt out by the evening so come early

They were busy, but the line moved fairly fast. They have self checkout too if you don't have to ask for a particular part. I prefer to have an employee ring me out, but when they are that busy it is good to have the self checkout. The store is clean and the staff are knowledgeable.
