“A spontaneous quick stop to Auto Zone in Whitehall made my day a pleasant one, after experiencing an annoying situation that morning with my car.
Every 10 seconds someone walked thru that door, so the place seemed super busy. Keshawn was at the counter as I explained my concern. He came outside to view the issue ultimately fixing the matter in no time.
He's such an easy going professional, knowledgeable, pleasant & kind human being! I hope Auto Zone recognizes his worth as much as I did/do. The world needs more people like him around especially in service-oriented environments!
