Worst post office ever. I’m a town a 300 people half have a mailbox and half have to have a PO Box. Desperately tried to get a mailbox was told a decision made 30 years ago prevents it eventhough people less than an 1/8th of a mile away can have one. The customer service there is absolutely ridiculous. Like embarrassingly, intentionally terrible. Always leaves yellow slips to pick up packages when lockers are clearly available just to be as inconvenient as possible. They lost a bark box of ours and had to be prodded and pestered just to make it right. She withheld my mail for a week over a piece of paper she refused to give me. When she finally gave it to me I was supposed to show ID. She said that wasn’t necessary because she knew who I was??? Why withhold my mail then??? I asked for the number for the postmaster to lodge a complaint and was given a “number” for Hank that just goes to the Roseville post office. Tried to call 14 times. No answer. Tried to call Karen, the zanesville post master. No answer. This location is definitely a waste of tax dollars. Close it down.
