Do not rent from these scam artists. We rented from previous owner had a contract, they sold to these guys. When first spoken to the owners guaranteed our rates would stay the same, However as soon as we put it on auto pay they doubled the price of the unit and want us to pay no matter what. They claim to send letters out to the tenants however they did not. And their service people are extremely rude.

The new owner is eager to sell your property. If you get behind they will not let you make payments to get cought up. They want it all or nothing. Beware rent at your own risk.

Items were in storage for less than a year. When I cleaned my items out, furniture and items in boxes were covered in mildew. For the amount I was charged per month, I would have expected a little better.

I ordered a 10 by 10 unit and when I got there my unit Had 2 locks on it and it was not available so they had to move me to move me to a 10 by 20 and they charged me more for it I think this was unfair because my unit was already paid for and should have been available
