“Traveling to Georgia and had a blow out. RJ and crew were awesome and didn’t have my size tire. They called around to find some down the road. They did find a used one though in good shape and took care of it immediately. Highly recommend as good people that truly care and understand customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Anybody around here stop in and they will take care of you”

“They worked on my mother's 1999 mercury cougar that had been setting for 8 years. He called and was very frank about what he had to do and what it could lead into because of it setting so long. My mom calls this her miracle car. Anyhow, in no time, fixed the car and was very reasonable considering it took a new fuel pump, " had to remove tank" , an oil change, a new dipstick from Ford, and a new battery. I've driven it for several days now, doing great. I would highly recommend and will use again and again.”

Very clean, neatly arranged and displays look great. I got a tour of the office rooms and the newly painted floors and a preview of the changes yet to come. I highly recommend that people come visit the FAGCA office when they're in Williamstown.”
“Just about anything you need for automotive, engines, lubricants, etc.I like the store downtown but, the store on Tennis Center Drive is next to the warehouse. If you need multiple parts (I buy a lot B belts), that's the store to go to.”

“I've taken vehicles in there for a variety of work. The work is always done quickly and well. And they are honest. I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.”

“Two months after I bought my new car someone put a good scratch in the front drivers fender with their car door in a parking lot. I was lucky and was able to get this persons insurance information to get repairs completed. Jerry's was recommended to me by a few different friends. I called and was able to come in for an estimate the very next day. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I'd never had to go through insurance to get anything done before so this was a huge help! He got my estimate sent off to the insurance agency immediately. When I finally heard back from the insurance agency (not my own insurance) I was able to call Jerry and get an appointment to get my car repaired as soon as I was available to get my car in. Of course I had to set up things with the insurance agency and Enterprise for my rental. I dropped my car off late on a Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up late in the morning on a Wednesday. The repair work is excellent and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with the fender! I couldn't thank Jerry enough for restoring my car in such a reasonable time with such amazing work!”
“They were prompt and polite. They couldn't find out what was wrong with my vehicle but they didn't try to make a buck off of me either. They tried some trouble shooting and asked permission for each step. When answers weren't coming up they were honest with me and said I could look at a buick dealership mechanic and maybe have better luck. I appreciated the honesty immensely. I would recommend this place for that reason alone.”
