“Service was great. Was notified when it was ready for pick up. And the inside didn’t need to be cleaned. The steering wheel, gearshift, floor mats and door panel was all clean. Very clean, neatly arranged and displays look great. I got a tour of the office rooms and the newly painted floors and a preview of the changes yet to come. “Just about anything you need for automotive, engines, lubricants, etc.I like the store downtown but, the store on Tennis Center Drive is next to the warehouse. If you need multiple parts (I buy a lot B belts), that's the store to go to.”
“I've taken vehicles in there for a variety of work. The work is always done quickly and well. And they are honest. I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.”

“On a recent drive from Cleveland to North Carolina I had some engine problems on my 2020 Suburban, after calling around from the road, John's Auto Repair quickly answered my call and said to stop in, he'd make room for me. “Wonderful, friendly place. Tim in service was great! We are from out of town on a girls
day heading back to Cambridge. The wheel on my car was smelling and very hot. Tim new right away it was the caliper sticking. He advised me it wasn't safe to drive . I left it with them to repair instead of towing it back to Cambridge. Even though they work mostly on large trucks they had it repaired in a day. I am so grateful for their help and advice.”
