I only left one star because the cashier was helpful. We went over a few days ago to order lumber to go back and pick up. The order was being processed at 10:52 (text was sent) at 1:00 another text your order is ready for pickup, so we get there with our trailer about 1:20. Oh nobody started your order we had shift change and nobody knew what to do, sorry.. we had to set there until almost 5 so another 4 hours of waiting. Manager said yeah sorry that happens sometimes. And in between the 4 hours of waiting they said it's ready ( they loaded the WRONG ORDER. when asking to speak to the manager again he once again yep sorry about that. It was thousands in lumber but wether it was that or a 40 dollar order it should have been done correctly.

I'm giving them a star only because that's all they deserved. My mother who is 81 years young and I went there to get mulch not only did the young lady there didn't give 2 cents about us but she was unprofessional. To top it off we loaded cart by ourselves pushed cart up to checkout but the young dirty blonde long hair
and sunglasses young man who was a employee on his phone when asked for his assistant just walked away and ignored us. I should have paid more attention to name tags but didn't. It's bad when this young people don't care about their jobs or even helping someone what would they have done if it would have been just my mother going in? This was in the garden area that we were in. I will be calling this location. Felt that the young man was disrespectful. My mother has always done her shopping there for home repairs to just buying things for her home and garden. I would have thought that these two people would have cared more but I guess I was wrong.

I merely went to Lowes to purchase jalapeno plants; I didn't really look around. I just found the jalapeno plants, which were priced the same as Rural King at $4.98 per cup. One good thing about Lowes though; I found 3 plants in one cup, and two in another!
