My children get their medication through Kroger every month! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Go to literally any other pharmacy. scripts are never ready and they want you to wait 30 mins or more to get them. and if you try to call to check before you go, youll wait longer than that for someone to answer the phone

Workers are very nice.

This place is pathetic. The employees are the rudest people. Especially rude to other employees. The management is on a power trip or something. As a customer I will not stand to see employees and managers BASH OTHERS TRYING TO WORK TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES.

Poor customer service. Had to use them because my regular RX was out of my medication. Showed up hours after the transfer and it still wasn’t ready. Shopped for 30 minutes because they just told me to “come back.” Then was greeted to a long line with only one employee serving customers. They eventually opened a second register. It still wasn’t ready. Glad I have a locally owned RX to use. The RX tech/cashier was very friendly though. Will only use kroger when desperate.

Received my first Covid-19 vaccine shot March 11,2021. Appointment system was simple and easy to use. Did not have to wait as my shot was given to me earlier. Pharmacist was pleasant and I felt nothing 3/11/21

Not really sure why a pharmacy tech feels he has the authority or power to argue with me about a prescription that's already been refilled, sent to the pharmacy and approved by my doctor. My prescription was sent to this pharmacy, BY MY DOCTOR. Im aware I need to call to get refills, always have, always will. I don't need a pharmacy tech to try and give me a lesson on how refills work. I know how they work. I have been getting this prescription for years now. Not sure why a random pharmacist decided to make my life difficult and try and make me feel like a criminal for trying to pick up my medication that was already approved. For a literal cashier to continue to argue and be rude to me and hold my prescription hostage until I comply with his orders is beyond me.I suggest having a store meeting to discuss how to treat customers, or at least hiring pharmacy techs that have compassion and common sense, as this is a literal pharmacy treating people who are already sick and suffering. We don't need an attitude by your drive through window cashier.

03/16/21 going on 10 pm made a large grocery run to Kroger. Really like this store location. I am self reliant but did need some assistance on the Kroger app which Alyssa pleasantly provided. I also noticed she seems to be capable of handling multiple customer requests at the self check out area quickly.

Continuous issues with refills. Had to start counting the medicine upon pickup as there has been multiple times where we were shorted.

It appears that kroger has no interest or capability to enforce the mandatory mask mandate. As a senior citizen, who would be very ill affected by this virus, I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Kroger has been a staple in this area since I can remember. I worked at Kroger while attending college at Marshall University. They were flexible for college students and it was a union job that offered health insurance. I shop this Kroger location when visiting my parents. The have several self check out lanes which I always use. You can buy anything from cakes, ice cream, cards, flowers and most recently they've added beer and wine. Prices on non sale items can be a little higher than other grocery stores. But they have pretty good sales. I purchased a half gallon of ice cream, Kroger deluxe brand, for $1.99. They also have a gas station. The more you shop at the store the more you save at the gas pump. So I always enter my parents phone number when I shop so they can get the points.
