I have been looking for a good used boat for a while, when I found one at Freedom Outdoors. Even though it was a 2 1/2 hour drive, I am so glad I made the decision to purchase my boat through them. They made the buying process easy and stand behind their products. Jeremy and Matt answered all my questions (and I had many) Kevin with parts was extremely polite and professional. I can’t leave out Tisha that went above and beyond to make sure my paperwork and title was perfect! I will drive the 2 1/2 hours for all my maintenance along with being a repeat customer.

Picked up my new Ranger z521L from Freedom. Great delivery and Matt and Jeremy did a great job. I had a 5 hour drive to get there and I’d make the trip again. These guys are great!!!

Have tried to get a hold of a sales person, after calling 5-6 times and leaving several messages, we called again and finally talked to the sales person in Wheelersburg just for him to tell us we needed to talk to the St. Mary’s salesman who is on vacation and we would have to wait a week! Very poor service.

Went in on a limb on my way to Kentucky. Was expecting more of a water sports store, not fish boat retailer.If you want a boat. Definitely a nice selection of trackers and a certified fly Ranger was on the show floor that should earn a look from anyone in the area wanting a serious fishing boat.If you have/looking for a ski or wake boat accessories or anything related. Don't stop and don't even look twice if the boats in the yard catch your attention. Staff is clueless to anything wakeboard related and carry no such merhcandise.Went ahead and bought my dad a basket of boat hull cleaner, interior detailer, fule ystem cleaner, and a quality hitch locking system to protect your trailer and rig. All for some solid pricing.However other items more fishing sonar, lighting, radio, and wiring, all seemed quite excessive in pricing and wouldn't expect an experienced boater to pull off the shelf.Worth a look if you're looking for your first fishing and only fishing watercraft.Staff is knowledgeable and help but exlecttk be demeaned if asking questions. I don't like being harrassed when shopping, so no constant shoulder looming is apprecited but if I'm unsure of something I don't like being spoke too as a fool.
