I needed to place a phone order from the west coast for a birthday bouquet to be delivered in Wheelersburg, OH for my sister-in-law. Not knowing much about the local shops, I took my chances. I had called another local shop multiple times that day and left a voice message stating my need to place and order. I still have never received a call back. My second call was to Bihl's Flowers, and I'm so glad the first one never responded. The florest at Bihl's was fantastic. Very nice. Great customer service. We laughed a bit. She gave me a good price for what turned out to be a very beautiful arrangement. Since I couldn't be there to see it in person, she texted a photo to me the next day and I was very pleased. The flowers arrived on time, and my birthday sister loved them. I would highly recommend Bihl's Flowers and Gifts for really pretty flowers and great service.

Bigl It States on all adds Same Day delivery. I called for flowers to be delivered the Owner hung up on me refused to take my order. I called back she actually told me she didn't care after I told her I was going to rate her because it's False Advertising. She cused me out and then hung up on me. So I will be calling the better business after thid

Ordered a plant for a funeral and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and very thorough. Gave suggestions along the way which was a huge plus for me not being able to see anything I was ordering and not really knowing exactly what I wanted.

Bihl's provided such excellent customer service and the absolute MOST BEAUTIFUL spray for my Mother's casket the week before Christmas. We were so afraid that we would not be able to get roses for the spray (my Mother's favorite flower) in December, but we ordered the spray on Monday around noon and it was delivered and ready for the viewing on Tuesday evening. We attempted to count the pink and white gorgeous roses, but they were too numerous to count! We could not have been more pleased! My Mother would have loved them. Thank you, Bihl's Flowers!
