A shipping store that doesn’t sell different sized boxes. Amazing. Product was 2x3x4’. Not a big ask. At least they said ‘‘hello” when I walked in.

The workers at the Tyler’s Place UPS Store did all within their power to help me solve a problem that clearly belonged to Amazon. They treated me with grace and patience and at the end of the day it was they who went above and beyond to get my Amazon return in its way.
